How was your Thanksgiving?

I prepared and had turkey dinner w/ my family, although all I ate were turkey skin and stuffing. We should have buy a chicken instead, which tastes a lot better than turkey, but the turkey was big and cheap. So for the following days this week, we are gonna have turkey soup, turkey rice, turkey sandwich, turkey everything everyday...

Actually made me double-check my calendar on this... Well, apart from the overabundance of turkey, hope you had a great Thanksgiving.

Craziness! I love the taste of turkey. Especially a big hunka white meat slathered with gravy. Chicken, on the other hand, I don't really care for.

I'll let you know how my US Thanksgiving went at the end of the month.

I had a pretty good Thanksgiving, I dunno about you guys. ^_^ Stuffed myself silly with food a couple times over, got some good dirt on some of my family via pictures taken with my cell phone, and then it was mentioned that I had a Wii, so we hooked that up in the living room and played a bunch of Wii sports. To be honest, this is the first time I've actually really enjoyed Thanksgiving in years. I guess hanging out with your family isn't so bad after all, eh?

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone..

Ours went really well. I actually did the majority of the cooking for the first time, since mom's been laid up. The only thing that wasn't from scratch was one apple pie from the local bakery... And everyone thought I wasn't paying attention when Mom taught me how to cook. :9

My Thanksgiving was pretty good. The food was excellent. The parade was lame this year, but I watched it anyway. We had to dog-sit my sister's dog. It was funny because my cousin was terrified of him and didn't want him to lick her. Now, I could see if he was a big dog, but he's a Yorkie (and a cute one at that). He just wanted to give kisses, but my cousin didn't want that. Her boyfriend was teasing her about it, which I thought was hilarious. I assured her that Toby was a gentle dog and didn't bite. Then I let him give me kisses to show her how nice he was. When it was time for them to leave, she finally let Toby give her a kiss.

Toby was really good at dinner, too. I thought for sure he'd beg a lot, but he didn't. Mom gave him rice with turkey in it, and he ate it up fast. Then she gave him some French vanilla ice cream for dessert. We had pumpkin squares, brownies, and ice cream for dessert. The brownies were good and so was the ice cream. I didn't have any pumpkin squares because I don't like pumpkin.
