Hey guys I have a really big favor. Would it be possible to have one or two screen caps showing what the animation quality was like from each animation studio. LeoNerdo recently posted screencaps from the Red Sky seasons and I'm interested to see the differences in animating between companies like Toei, TMS, Fred Wolf Dublin, etc. If it's too much of a request for this thread should I post this in a new thread?

That is fantastic! Thank you! Judging by the screenshots Fred Wolf Dublin episodes look terrible which is odd since Fred Wolf Films themselves were responsible for the shows outsourcing of animation. Weren't they responsible for the awful animation in Turtles of the Jungle and Peking Turtle? Toei as expected are pretty good for the first season. TMS episodes were also pretty good although their episodes could use a bit more brighter colour. I wonder if they did The Mean Machines? It looks as though judging by the screenshots that A1 and especially Dai Won delivered the best animation. Any way thanks again!

I noticed that some of the episodes in seaon 4 had a quasi Anime look to them.Rapheal Meets his Match is a cool example.In some scenes the characters had bid mouths like you would see in Japanese cartoons like robotech for example.

Could I have a screen cap of each Turtle during the introduction (1987). The screencap of when "Leonardo Leads, Donatello Does Machines, Raphael is cool but rude, Michaelangelo is a party dude"

How about some shots of the Channel 6 vehicles? Preferably ones that show any kind of detail, like say the color of the van's interior. I remember the van and April's bike, probably a helicopter too, was there anything else?

Could I ask for a screen caps?

1. In front of the Channel 6 buiding or in front of some other building but without any people, just building or buildings. I need it as a background to paste some other people on it.

2. Some nice rooftop screen cap.

3. Nice and clean road/highway part without cars. I need to paste some other cars and use it also as a background

Hard but maybe someone can help with it

I'm not tone-master, but I have my own quick and easy method of uploading external video and images. The best way to quickly get screencaps is to download the software app Quickshot Screen Maker and simply inserting a DVD into your computer (and is why I still love desktops!) Then upload online, copy the link, and BAM! It's there.

STEPS TO CREATING YOUR OWN SCREENCAPS:

1. Click on this link and then select "Download free version of Quick Screenshot Maker".

2. Accept the download and install. When installed, you should see a separate window for the app.

3. Before you can use this, you need to have an input to select your screenshots. For this thread's purposes, insert any TMNT DVD into the computer and hit CNTRL+ESC and resize the window accordingly.

4. When you find the screenshot you would like, select pause on the video window, and then select the Quick Screen Shot Maker window.

5. Click on the Capture button under the menu toolbar, and select Rectangle.

6. A hand and a plus sign will appear. Click on any corner of the image you would like to capture, and then drag the cursor diagonally across the screen until it fills the screen completely. If you wish, you can also select a partial portion of the screen or select a different shape of the image being created.

7. A save as dialog box will appear. Simply save the photo just like you would with any other picture. Now, you are ready to upload this picture by using any online photo uploader, and from there, ready to insert it into this forum!
