I think a random obscure character that wasn't popular to begin with has no chance in hell of being in this show.

Mephos the Hands of Fate?

I had to do a quick Google search just to remind myself who he was: http://tmnt.wikia.com/wiki/Mephos

I think Mr. Ogg has a better chance at coming back then him. I third the inclusion of Traximus, he was my favorite 4Kids exclusive character.

Whoa, man. I think Bishop has to steal that favourite-from-4Kids spot for me, but it'd be a toss-up in either direction.

As for Mephos, I couldn't care less about the Avian guys, even if that episode was pretty all right.

Bebop and Rocksteady
Dr. Dome (every superhero show has it's own goofy villains)
