Although, on a side note, something like that is mentioned in Palladium's TMNT RPG, too. They state that, when Raph is angered, there is a 75% chance that he will go into a berserker rage.

Unfortunately, they never actually describe what this "berserker rage" entails, only that it makes him "an awesome fighter, but also a little difficult to live with."

tmnt vs spider-man:
of course, the tmnt are groundbound but I mean, who says katanas cant cut through webbing. It would probably start with Shredder convincing Spider-man that the turtles are evil and whatever they say is a lie. eventually though, before the winner of the fight they find out they're on the same side and take on Shredder and Doc Ock who teamed up behind their backs.

tmnt vs Justice league:
The story starts off when the JL recieve a distress signal. They trace it to the Shredder, who tells them about the evil mutants turtles. JL definetely have an advantage. However tmnt do stand a chance. somewhere in there Mikey and/or Raph makes a crack about talking to fish directed at Aquaman. I can see Batman vs Donatello in a lab somewhere. Maybe the Batcave. Leonardo gets the snot beat out of him within an inch of his life by Superman, but gets some Kryptonite from Lex later on. the story ends with the tmnt and the jl finding out they're on the same side, and taking on the legion of doom, of which shredder is now a member.

TMNT vs Fantastic four:
Baxter Stockman invents a mind control device using research from Dr. Doom. He uses it to control the FF to destroy the turtles. Dr. Doom hears about this and the two join forces. The FF is now under their control. fight breaks out between ff and tmnt. tmnt break the mind control spell and the 8 (9) heroes take on baxter and doom.

Archie and Mirage TMNT vs The Next Mutation:
Archie and Mirage kill TNM mercilessly, everyone dances.

TMNT vs Action League Now!:
Um... chuckimation! Leo fights blindfolded because of The Flesh.

TMNT vs Strong Bad:
who cares about story, this would rule!

They are a 1966 saturday morning super hero parody team, brought on by the onslaught of Weird Super Hero cartoons late in the decade.

They were, Strongman, Ropeman, Cuckooman, Tornadoman, and Diaperman.

Every episode was essentially the same, as they heroes had to fight some villian (The Shrinker, the Monsterizer, the Toyman), and they would alwaysget into each other's way, causing them to accidentally tie themselves in Ropeman, for example, giving the villain the advantage to put them into a trap. By the second half of the cartoon, they worked symbiotically, breaking out of the trap and saving the city.
