*Splinter turns to look at them* And where have you two been?

Raph: Practicing, of course. Sparring.

*Splinter looks them over. Kali's wearing her dogi and they're both covered in sweat. He nods and turns back to the others*

Don: I know sensei, but let me explain. See, I overheard Kali saying that she was guilty that she and the girls were causing trouble. I thought that we could take them out to show them that that wasn't true.

Don suddenly looked to Machias, biting his lip. No, he was actually the first one to mention it, and then it didn't seem right for her to take all the blame. "Master, it was also my idea to go to the beach."

*Splinter looked at them, his facial features stern, and the same time thoughtful. He sighed, shaking his head. Machias stood beside Don, waiting nervously for what was going to be said.*

Sp:I cannot say that i am surprised. I had believed that i could trust you all, being the matured young adults i had thought all of you to be...but as we can see for ourselves, this shows not to be the case.

*Then, Splinter turned a stern eye towards them, and motioned them to come with him.*

Machias, Donatello, come with me...the rest of you are restricted to the lair until our return.

*Splinter lead the two away, leaving the others standing chagrined, and wondering.*
