he was cool~ but I have never cared for those...honor bound characters...that are too formal. Leo gets a pass now cause he's more sassy and dorky in this version.

I'll admit... little disappointed that Usagi won't be in it... was really curious how they'd redesign him in the Nick style.

At least the rumors can stop now.

ALTHOUGH... what if Usagi actually appears in season 2? That way he technically would not be lying if he said "not true" when being asked about SEASON 3.

Or... maybe he'll show up in season 4?

That IS a possibility, but only Stan knows the truth. Maybe he can't really say much if Usag is involved with the show.

Uh, why is that? There's nothing "dated" about their designs.

Besides people who saw toy sketches of them say their mutant designs look very similar to what we're used to, only they have some tribal markings (might be tattoo's) on their body.

Bebop still wears shades, has a purple mohawk and wears a red vest. Rocksteady was said to be wearing a tank top and dark pants. In fact the guy who saw them said they look the most similar to their past designs compared to any other character in the Nick show.

How do we know that the people who said that they saw skecthes that they were telling the truth? Dont you find it stange than those images have not be leaked to the web already? With season 3 starting on November or december if those people were tellling the truth then someone who have leaked those skeches already. But this has not happend yet.

All I'm saying is if they come back looking too 80s it'll look weird. There's a reason April isn't in top-to-tail yellow.

It's fair to be skeptical, but more than one person reported on these figures with the same description. It's been well documented. & these events have a lot of people on guard to ensure nobody is sneaking a photo, so there's absolutely nothing strange about it. As it is, the fact they were going to be a part of the toyline leaked a year ago, if not farther back, due to a computer order screen or something of the sort.

They never really looked particularly 80's to begin with. & I've never seen anyone, in the 80's or otherwise, dress like OT O'neil.

Holy smokes, that cheers me right up! I adored Usagi ever since I first saw him in the 2k3 series (and even more after giving his comics a try), and I was really nervous about what might happen to him with Nick's habit of teenaging everyone down while likewise douchebagging them all up. So glad he'll be saved from the shame.
