i just found out that there's a turtle treatment centre in my province and that there is a turtle club (not the one like in Master of Disguise) called "Turtle for Kids". It seems that the turtle population has been dropping in my province due to road kills (there are lots of highways located around turtle nesting spots) and now they are launching all these turtle stuff (this might be a reason why they are launching that turtle park project).

Aw...poor turtles. Whenever I see a turtle in the road (I live, like WAY out in the country) I stop my car with the hazard lights blinking so no one will come through and hit it, and then I move it off the road and into the grass, where it'll be safe. And I might add that once they realize they're safe, they seriously haul shell. Who says turtles are slow?

*nods* N/K. I do the same thing when I find them and those things can really hit turtle lightspeed when they want to.

*glances at Tinselcat* Do you want those fries regular or extra crispy?

extra crispy, pleez. i never see turtles. they don't tend to frequent my habitat. i did get this cool little turtle ring the other day, though. it's a must-have for us turtle-trendsetters (or fashion victims, depending on your point of view... or any point of view...)

I never see turtles either. I don't think they like wild suburbia.

I've got a turtle ring too! I love my little baby turtle pinkie ring, I wear it all the time.

1 order of extra crispy, coming up.

*snaps fingers and Tinselcat and Azure become buried in french fries*

Hmm. I don't have any turtle rings, but once I made one in art class. It actually turned out pretty good.
