I was very interested in a SS movie until I saw Harley Quinn in it and to me that wasn't going to be the classic SS I knew and loved. But the SDCC trailer won me over, this is one of the movies I'm most excited for this year, I think more than BvS. I hope Joker isn't in it too much but I think he will take a a big chunk of the movie sadly. I don't like his tattoos but didn't mind them in the trailer and he seemed like a good joker so it didn't distract; I'm also not a big fan of the scars joker had in TDK and it didn't distract form the movie either.

Felt that trailer was a ripoff of the original GOTG trailer. Bohemian Rhapsody was too much of a distraction too.

Yeah the trailer reeked of GotG and too much Joker but the movie still looks good. SDCC trailer was definitely better though. I'm still pretty excited for this movie, unlike the last BvS trailer which got me to stop being excited for it.

F*cking PERFECT. Holy sh*t, they nailed it so goddamn hard with that. They weren't kidding about Leto's Joker, either, that dude is twisted as F*CK. Tattoos aside, it's completely the Joker from the comic books. FINALLY. Loved seeing all his different outfits and looks. Everything was great but he was by far my favorite part. I can't wait to see this goddamn thing already.

I've been saying since the beginning, it's the performances that are going to carry the DC films beyond any "controversial" decisions they've made regarding style, casting, or tone, and this trailer pretty much proves that. It looks so goddamn GOOD.

Gonna be a long wait 'til August. But on the bright side, this year is like Christmas Every Month as far as movies, and especially super-hero movies, ALL of which look really good. Hard to complain when we're being spoiled with riches!

I went from not caring a year ago to "TAKE MY MONEY NOW!" and it didn't take a whole lot. Well played, clerks.

Even I, the resident DC Naysayer, thinks that new trailer looks way promising.

Warner Bros./ DC Comics including characters a DC guy like me has not even ever heard of like El Diablo and Slipnot instead of borrowing big name villains or using Flash/Superman/Batman foes only was bold. Yet despite the no name characters they make this look really cool. Joker and Batman may not even be needed. I too am more eager for this than Dawn of Justice. Hope Deadshot and Killer Croc have been done justice.

And yet a few people are STILL crying that it's not a Xerox replica of the cartoon show. I'm MOSTLY seeing overwhelmingly positive things, but the complaints are literally everything from "Too Goofy" to "Way too goddamn serious". What the actual f*ck.

This sh*t's brilliant, people are f*ckin' goofy.

Looks cool. I was looking forward to this before, now I can't wait.

That was a great trailer, I really like the hyper vibrant colours.

Fantastic. Cannot freaking wait.

Harley is great. The voice will take getting used to, but she's nailing the role.

Joker is going to be fantastic, and seems like the most comic book like version yet. All the different outfits, the laugh while shooting a gun, the toys line, laying in a circle of knives laughing, even his dive into the acid after Harley is just soooo... Joker.

Not a fan of the character of dead shot, but looks like they're making him a badass, which is great

Croc gets better the more we see of him

I honestly believe they included slip knot and Diablo so that they can kill off characters. There's a shot out there that shows the entire squad, beat up, minus those two, and I'm guessing that's later into the mission, so their deaths are most likely. It is the suicide squad after all.

Harley Quinn origin I'm digging. Joker pushing her into the acid like New 52. Also, nice touch of how she got the blue and red/pink from the dyes on their shirts

Seriously. I straight-up hated Man of Steel (sorry, Leo). I remain firmly unconvinced on Batman v Superman (sorry, Leo). I've been turned off by the absolute majority of decisions that DC's made in the past five years. And I freakin' LOVED that trailer.

It looks like an absolute blast. The performances look great, the energy is fantastic, and it was actually very funny. Dark-funny, but funny. All I've asked for is for the DC movies to have a sense of humour, and I'm so glad this one's bringing it.

Now that looks like fun. Still hate Croc's design, but that's pretty minor. Leto is underwhelming, but who cares!!!
Love the energy. Hope it lives up to the hype.

Robbie stole every scene!

Bingo. If DC can out funk Marvel, then do it. I like the vibe, hope the movie has that energy. Glad they pivoted - 1st trailer was dull.

Well, I'm glad you liked it, Bry, but you're still nuts about the other stuff.

Everything they're doing looks fantastic. The end results continue to justify every "questionable" decision they've made along the way. They're killing it across the board.

At this point, I can't wait for freaking "SHAZAM!" and nobody's even talking about that yet. And given the way they're doing things, I might even dare to dream about a Guy Gardner appearance, come "Green Lantern Corps". They might even do that Titans movie.

Yeah, I'm pretty happy with how stuff's going so far.
