Toys R Us seems to have pretty much everything including the SDCC set available now:

Here is a heads up to anyone who cant find the figs in their stores. If the item on toys r us.com says available in stores and your store doesn't have it, they can do a store order for you (as long as the site says available for shipping). They will do an online order for you and have then item delivered straight to your door. And 95% of the time it's free shipping, even if it's a $6 order (perk of doing it in store)....so good luck.

Michelangelo has arrived.

So cute! Love this figure to bits.

Is anyone else having QC trouble with his nunchucks though?

What do you mean? They're extremely easy to stress on the chain, but other than that, I don't have a problem with them.

Picked the Battleshells when the TRU by my work opened up on Monday. They are pretty awesome.

I asked them about it. They said they're not allowed to sell until 7/27. What a bunch of rubbish. Doesn't count if I can't buy 'em.

I got the two sets off'a Playmates' website.

Playmates website has the classics available for sale, $16.99...2day shipping to KY was only $9 for all 4 turtles. I didn't actually order them, just checking their total price, only a few dollars less than what I paid Amazon, but since I've already got mine I'm not complaining about a few dollars difference.

I had trouble. They are not broken, but there are already signs of wear in the chains.

FYI there is a seller on amazon.com selling them also for $16.99 with free prime shipping (and no sales tax depending on what state you are in)

Sweet! Order placed. I was literally just looking around on the web for a place that I could order this figure.

dizcoduck · 07-12-2012, 12:50 PM

Ended up canceling my order of the Classics with Amazon and got them from Target.com. Used my Target Card to get free shipping and went through a link on retailmenot.com to get $5 off so ended up saving about $25 compared to what I was going to pay on Amazon. I'm fine with having to wait a couple more weeks due to the backorder. My TRU.com order of all Nick Basics should be sent out next week since I got an updated e-mail. Also just placed an order for the Shadow Leo. Can't wait to have everything in my hands!

Gooseatello · 07-12-2012, 01:03 PM

Just picked up April, Kraang, and 2 Foot Soldiers at the Target by my job. They only had one box so I bought what they had.

Timmetry · 07-12-2012, 01:47 PM

I was going to pass on the ninja shadow Leonardo, but after having seen how relatively cheap it is and how nice it looks on display, I caved. Also, the feeling of being part of a new generation of turtles from the start is pretty nice.

Is this a good deal? http://store.playmatestoys.com/Teena.../dp/B0081N60J8

Well, before shipping, it is. It's about $8.89 per figure, just about what you'd pay in store. Then add shipping, which will equate to tax.

Newton Gimmick · 07-12-2012, 02:46 PM

Yeah Playmates shipping is actually pretty reasonable too.
