*The two brothers ingnored their siblings pleadings and advanced towards each other, when....*

*starts down but loses her footing about twenty feet up and slips and falls*

Mike: Oh Sheet!

*Mike ran, did a flying somersault, and caught her in his arms, and both crashed to the ground. the impact of the fall had knocked her out, and mike's whole side hurt...*

Oh my God, Mike! is she okay?!

Mike: I dunno, we better bring her back to the lair!

*Splinter looked at his two sons and sensed a great amount of fear. He turned to see Mike and Machias approaching, holding Kali's unconscious body.*

Raph: Oh my God! *he rushed forward and took Kali from Mike* What happened?

*Mike clutched his side* She fell from the cliff wall. I caught her before she hit ground though.

*Leo tried to get a good look at Kali but Raph turned to find somewhere to lay her down.* What was she doing out there? Then it hit him. She left because of our fighting. It's our fault.

*Splinter noticed Mike's injury* You should rest as well, my son.

Mike: But Kali...

Splinter: We will tend to her.

*They brought Kali into Splinter's study, where the Master and Machias tended to her, while don took care of mike out in the living room, with Raph asking mike questions about what had happened.*

Is she gonna be okay, Splinter?

Sp: She has some minor abrasions and lacerations from the fall, but the concussion is what i am mmost concerned about now. I will be back in a moment. Let me know the second she starts to come to.

Yes, Splinter.

*Splinter placed a bag of ice on kali's head, and put a blanket on Kali. He then stood and stepped out into the living room, where his sons sat, stood and knelt, waiting for word on Kali's condition. Leonardo, however, was nowhere to be seen...*

Mike: *tried to stand up* Splinter, how's Ka-

Don: *tugs Mike back down* Sit down, im trying to take care of your leg!

Raph: *halts from his pacing* Is she okay?

*Splinter opens his mouth to say something, when he hears Machias calling his name.*

Splinter! She's starting to wake up!

*Splinter returns to the study, with Raph trailing not far behind. Raph draws in a breath when he sees her. A bruise on her forehead, and a fatlip are the first he sees in a list of cuts and abrasions. Splinter takes his seat beside the bed and puts a hand on her shoulder.*

How do you feel, child?

Like I just fell twenty feet. *moans* What happened? The last thing I remember was leaving the cave.

Splinter: According to Machias and Michaelangelo, you tried to scale the cliff. You fell. Michaelangelo caught you, but you were still injured.

Remind me to thank him. *tries to sit up*

*Splinter pushes her back down* No, child, you must rest. You have a bad concussion among your injuries.

*Raphael just stood at the foot of the bed looking down at her. Man, she looked like she was in bad shape. If she'd hit ground... He bit his lip.* Kali, I am so sorry.

*smiles* Don't worry about it.

*Raph couldn't bring himself to return the smile. Damn it, where was Leo?*

*Machias stood up and left, to the surprise of those in the room. She walked out to the living room, where Mike and don sat. They were a little surprised to see her look so angry. Her colors had deepened, and the bruise on her face still showed up brightly. Her eyes, however, turned black, like a shark's before they attacked...*

Mike: Hey Machias whats-

Where is Leonardo??!

Mike: He went up to his room--

Thanks, i gotta go see him.

Don: Why are you-

dont worry about it!

*Machias stormed away, leaving the brothers shocked.*

Mike: You dont think--

don: Oh, im way ahead of you!

*Don jumped up and went to Splinter's study while Mike tried to catch up with Machias.*

*She found herself alone in the room. She turned to leave, when she heard the door slam, and she turned to see Leonardo blocking her way to the door. He looked at her suspiciously, and all the anger she had turned to fear as Leo inched closer to her...*

Leo: What are you doing in here?

I um, that is-

Leo:*folds his arms* Whatever you want to say, spill it.

Why are you being such a jerk?! Kali got hurt after you and Raph fought, and you didnt even care-

Leo: Look, I dont have to take this from you, so just leave. I Do feel bad for what happened, yu dont have to come in here and rub my face in it! *frown* I dont know why i put up with you sometimes...

*Machias backed away from him, his anger growing and overshadowing her fear. She fell back onto the bed, and he continued to approach her, until he was right in front of her. He looked at her for a second, his eyes deep and dark as wells...*
