The TMNT CAN have relationships with females. They CAN have sex with females. And there is more or less a 25-50% chance that they can conceive a child.

Now, as for this whole thing with April... Nah, it most likely wouldn't happen with the boys. Still, there's plenty of fish in the sea for the boys, so all hope is not lost.

well, if the turtles didn't have any human dna in them how could they walk, or even talk?

He's only annoying in the new toon, and that's only because of the writers. Pretty much everywhere else (old toon, Mirage books, Image series, movies) he's an awesome character.
