Correction: 3 weeks, but yeah, it is pretty refreshing. I'm glad it is not as long, but I also know that they are probably going to take time off of August and some time off of September to drag the Season on until October.

I'm thinking that plan to run S2 until October is gone. After June there will only be 4 episodes left in the season. I can't see them not airing new episodes during August when the movie is released.

Where was that said to be a confirmed plan? I can't see them doing that at all. They didn't with the first season...

That's from what I've heard.

It isn't actually as ridiculous as one would think. Season 1 lasted for 11 months. The fact that Season 2 will last for 11-12 months doesn't seem surprising to me at all tbh.

The plan to keep season 2 till october was totaly stupid. Now at the end of june only 4 episodes of season 2 will be left. I dont think they will wait 3 months until october to air them and then start season 2. The best thing to do is to air the last 4 at July to also promote the movie and on October start season 3. Where have you heard/read that they were planning to run season 2 untill October, are you sure it was for America and not an other country like the UK. I can totally see season 2 running into October in UK as we haven't had any new episodes for a while now.

Also I don't think Nicklelodeon would want the cartoon and the new movie clashing so they probably want the cartoon to end in July then focus on promoting the movie and it probably be the same for the UK too, end seaon 2 at the end of september or beginging of October then we get the movie on October 17th

Yes but it will be the same episode but without Hun(because he is not in this series yet) and with robot foot nijas instead of human that were in the 2003 episode. Apart from these small the differences the episode will be almost the same. But there are tons of mirrage issues that were never adapted in 2003 series and can be done now.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say the finale will be like it was for season 1, and it will be shown on Thursday, August 7th.

1. Because the Season 1 finale was released on August 8th last year so it's around the same time.

2. The movie comes out the next night on August 8th. (Yeah, it completely dawned on me they chose the redate the night of the Season 1 finale from the year before.)

It probably isn't. The link Shredder Orokusaki posted talked about having Usagi in Season 2 or Season 3, and we all know that isn't happening.

Hoping she's not in s3. Only reason is because we've seen a female turtle before. If Karai does mutate, I hope it's a new mutant we haven't seen yet.

passion that why tmnt not gonna make one female turtle new season 3.

really i don't hate it i thought it pretty cool idea have female turtle venus if
she is hope she fight with new weapon like what all other turtles have.
