Yep, my theory was correct if Kuro Kabuto is Bebop. Looks like he will be mutated as punishment. Though tbh, I actually couldn't help, but laugh at the fact that that Master Thief seemed pathetic and also that the Turtles actually rammed into him. Nice scene, definitely awaiting for the new episode. I'm surprised they would show the Master Thief before the release of the episode.

Since "Pizza Face" was made after "The Wrath of Tiger Claw", I'm actually starting to think the change is permanent, but I really hope not.

I wish Jason Biggs would say himself if he's still working on the show or not. I realize Nick probably won't but Jason says whatever he wants on his own twitter so saying something like, "Sorry, guys, I am no longer playing Leonardo on TMNT." would confirm it.

I couldn't help but spoil this for myself! Very exciting stuff. I'd squeal but I've been told it sounds like Homer Simpson's scream. I guess it's worth a Gimli-like,"haaa!"

Is that JB Smoove doing Bebop's voice?

I didn't like the Tron look before but seeing him in action looks pretty good. It's definitely a different take on the character.

To be honest, I was expecting more of an actually "stealthy" thief similar to a ninja instead of a futuristic thief, but it seems to work fine I suppose. Not going to watch that 2nd clip because I do not want spoilers.

Bebop's voice sounds good. Very different than Barry Gordon's take.

He seems like some sort of futuristic spy rather than a street punk here. I wonder what Rocksteady will be.

I'm just so happy Bebop is still a black guy with a purple mohawk.

There were two big fears:

1. Bebop and Rocksteady would just be animals before mutation instead of humans...which would be awful. Bebop/Rocksteady were never just dumb zoo animals.

2. Bebop's human design would be totally different or not be black.

3. People saying Fon or those two Purple Dragon nobodies would become the iconic Bebop and Rocksteady. Haha, that was so ridiculous I knew that would never happen.

Awesome that we're getting a glimpse of bebop, but

I. Do. Not. Like. Leo's. Voice.

It's driving me mad. Jason's voice fit so perfectly for Leo and was one of the best parts of his character. Yeah sure props to dominic, he's trying to imitate it, but it's still different. And I think it's all being made worse by the fact that we have no idea if this is permanent.

Having jason back for the last episode was awesome, and now he's gone again. Really hoping jason finished out this season and is in the next one

^ The only problem is that Leo's expressions aren't expressed as well IMO esp. with feelings of apprehension, but besides that, it's pretty spot on.

If you're allowed to flip out about anything that's not straight out of the 80s cartoon, I think I'm allowed to be pissed about a voice actor I like being replaced

He doesn't sound much different though. If they had recasted him poorly and he sounded nothing like Biggs or was bad, it might be a problem.

Its true his range doesn't seem to be as good as Bigg's was, but this is only his second episode so who knows.

OMG this show is now the best! It gets darker, more intense fights and Bebop FINALLY broke free from being a joke to becoming a badass! Unfortunately, not to offend anyone, Leo's new voice is a real ear sore.

Love both clips. I usually avoid the clips but I really had to see Bebop in action.

My thoughts:

- Leo's voice fill-in. The first ep where he was filled-in, he barely had any lines. Weren't able to get a good feeling for if I liked it or not. But at this point? After hearing the lines in both clips I have no problem if he became a permanent replacement for Biggs. I'm not saying I want that to happen... but if it came to it, he fits fine IMO.

- Bebop both looks and sounds great! I love that he is the one who stole the helmet. This is definitely a good way to introduce him.

Excited for Sunday!

NIce surprise there, can't wait to see what this new version of Bebop is all about. Very disappointed about Leo's voice, though...I wish we knew if the change was permanent or not.
