Michelangelo readied his nunchucks as he eyed Kyoko. So... she's the one. Leo's right. She'll pay. He quietly waited for Leonardo's que to attack.

Don's real eye twitched slightly. All this talk of revenge was bothering him. That was partially one reason why he left. He wasn't happy about losing Splinter to this reminant of the foot clan, but avenging one's death did not make much sense to him anymore. It would never bring Splinter back to life. He wasn't going to side with the woman either, but he hoped not blood shed came of this.

"There has to be a better way around this..." Don half whispered to himself. He also knew she had dealings with the outerspace snakes, so he hoped it didn't come to that either. Good thing all four of them were not in the room, or it would have been the perfect trap.

"Would it help if I said I'm sorry?" Kyoko asked. Leo just narrowed his eyes. "No, I thought not." She looked at the other two. The one with nunchuks seemed to have the same mindset about her as Leonardo. The cyborg one didn't seem as eager to fight her, though. Not bad odds, but I can sweeten it.

Leo felt his stomach turn cold as he saw Kyoko smile. She was up to something, and he knew no blade would be able to stop it.

"But I'm not really sorry anyway. It was one of my greatest successes." She smiled that cruel, amused smile of hers and Leo knew that thirty years of silence were going to be shattered. "And I couldn't have done it without you, Leo-kun. I guess I should thank you for your help."

Michelangelo's eyes widened in shock and confusion. He turned to Leonardo. "What the hell does she mean by that, Leo?"

"I didn't help you. You used me!" Leo was shouting now. "I was a fool and an idiot to have anything to do with you, and I payed for my stupidity the minute you killed Splinter. Have been paying the last thirty years! Now it's your turn." He drew his sword, and was a bit shocked that she didn't do anything to stop him. This was usually the part where she disarmed and knocked him out, leaving him for dead. But she just stood there, a small pout on her lips...

Leo shook his head. He wouldn't get drawn into that ploy. Not again.

Adam and Eve entered the cramped room which was sparsely furnished.

A large square table dominated the middle of the room, the floor was covered by a thread bare rug. In one corner pushed up against the wall were two futon style matresses. In the other corner sat an intimidating box.

Nearly everything except the box was shrouded in a thick layer of dust.

Adam walked over to that small table, while Eve flopped down onto one of the beds. She set about amusing herself by levitating an empty soda can.

A few peaceful moments passed.

Suddenly Adam slammed his fists down on the table, stirring up clouds of dust, the soda can clattered to the floor.

"I hate thiss waiting! Thiss, not knowing! We have rissked too much to losse it all now!" Adam began to pace the room like a caged animal. Eve rolled onto her stomach and continued to watch her brother silently.

"Track them!" Adam spun round and jabbed a clawed finger at his sister. "Track them down!"

"But, brother"

"But nothing!" Adam cut her off mid sentence. "You have their energy ssignaturess, do you not?" Adam narrowed his eyes and flicked his tongue.

Eve sat up crossing her legs underneath her body. "I need resst, more time."

"NO! You will do it now!" Adam held his hand up as Eve slumped slightly.

"Brother, they could be anywhere by now." She sighed, but still she closed her eyes and began to concentrate

"I'll admit, it is amusing to push your brother's buttons, but I'm trying to be serious here." Kyoko smiled. "I'm retiring from the assassin business. I've got enough to live comfortably for a very long time. What I want is to end the little feud between myself and your brother. Him killing me isn't going to bring your sensei back, and he'll probably go and kill himself after he's done with me."

She looked over Don's shoulder at Leo. "And that would just be wasteful."

Leo just seethed at her.

Michelangelo looked at Leonardo, than at Kyoko. He didn't know what to make of the current situation. Instead of attacking, he decided to wait for Donatello's two cents.

Concentration began to furrow Eve's brow, slowly she rubbed her temples, finally she broke her trance. "I can't do it, it iss too hard! I need more time brother."

Adam let out a low growl that encouraged Eve to try once more. She closed her eyes and sat still of a few moments.

Suddenly her eyes snapped open. "One is very close!"
