"There iss another energy. It iss ssmall and hard to idenitfy." Eve slumped down onto the bed.

"Perfect." Adam grinned

She was good... very convincing. No wonder Leo was being drvien insane by her appearances. But there would be no harm done in calling a truce. She wasn't making any other demands that didn't sound fair.

"Call the truce, Leo,: Don softly begged as he half ganced over to him.

Leo's jaw dropped. "Are you insane? Do you have any idea what kind of woman she is?"

"Of course they don't," Kyoko replied. "You never told them anything about me."

Leo clenched his jaw as Kyoko continued. "If you want to stay out of the hands of those snakes, I suggest you agree."

Leo pointed towards her. "See? She's nothing but a double-crossing, lying, manipulative little tramp!"

Kyoko arched an eyebrow. "Well, now I see. Who's the real liar, Leo-kun? Me, who doesn't deny what I am and do, or you, who have been using the excuse of avenging your master's honor, when what you were really avenging was your damaged pride."

Michelangelo lowered his nunchucks and sighed in frustration. He was confused. Leonardo and Kyoko seemed to be stuck in a stand still. "All right then," he cautiously interrupted the argument and turned to his brothers. "Are we calling the truce, or are we taking her out?"

Mikey was experiencing mixed emotions. He wanted to avenge his dead father, but what if Kyoko's words were right? He trusted Leonardo with all his heart during their younger years, but what if their "fearless leader" had truly changed...

Cyborg Don just shook his head. Leo certainly did have that stubborn streak, as it had come out for a breif while after Don had become a cyborg. The worse thing to do is get on Leo's bad side now. "The both of you only continue to become maniacal fools the longer you keep up this insane game of cat and mouse. I think... if Kyoko promises to keep her word that she'll let us be, you should do the same Leo. Let her alone."

Don sighed, then looked back to Kyoto, "But if this IS truly another tactic to have the better of us, be warned." His threat for his brothers to wage war against her was implied. "Will you allow a truce, Leo?"

Kyoko smiled. "Well, it's a start. And for this immunity from your wrath, not only will I not aid the snakes, I'll even throw them off the trail when I can."

Leo roughly sheathed his sword. If there was one thing he knew, Kyoko was a woman of her word. She'd admit if she was trying to trick them, but she'd get away with it anyway. She'd neglect to tell her true motives, but she never came right out and lied. Half-truths and twists were her specialties.

Adam crouched down in the shadows waiting for the two forms to draw near. How delightfully exquisite, all he had to do was wait and this would be worth waiting for

Eve's eyes slowly fluttered open, she found herself alone in the room. She shakily clambered to her feet. How like her brother to want to hog all the glory without doing any of the work. Well, she wasn't going to let him! Snatching up her cloak she made her way out into the alley

Raphael smirked and shook his head "Yeah,That would be...... awesome.........Did you hear something?" Raphael could have sworn he had sensed somthing, but of coarse his ninja skills were a bit rusty these days. He moved foreward like a cat on a hunt....cautious, rigid....this feeling was to strong to ignore.

Eve finally managed to track her brother down, she stayed poised on the roof top silently watching.

Adam waited for the right moment, suddenly he pounced, hoping to catch Raphael by surprise

Cydon noddeed, then stepped back away fromt eh two, staisfied that they cooled down. "Can you tell us then, what it was the snakes discussed with you then?" Don tested his luck.

Kyoko gave a very formal shrug. "That hasn't been decided yet, but I'll make sure it's as least as much as you're all worth. There's nothing worse than having a low hit price."

Leonardo rolled his eyes under closed eyelids. "Why did they want to talk to you anyway?"

"Well, I do have a reputation as one of the best in the business," she said, looking pointedly as Leonardo. "I have been building it since I was seventeen, with you Master's death. And thanks to you tracking me all around the country, I've become something of an expert on you. They want that knowledge." She saw Leonardo tense. "But as I said, I'm not going to give it to them."

Raphael wasn't totally caught off guard but was still rusty with counter attacks, and the creatures attack was successful "Yo 38 it's time for action here!" Raphael reached for his weapons, hoping the snake wouldn't see his movement.
