The guy that played Chewy in the Star Wars films... he was very tall...

The guy that played the little Robot on the old Lost in Space show

(I go to a lot of cons too *laughs*)

I ran into Huge Jackman on the streets of NYC, he was super sweet.

Voice Actors:

Mike Sinterniklaas
Marc Thompson
Mike Pollock
Lisa Ortiz
Richard Cox
Mike Coleman
Veronica Taylor

And a few other people that I know where vocie actors and I could tell you shows they have been in but I don't remember there names....

Mike S. is super cool!

Countless Star Trek (mostly original and Next Gen) actors - I grew up at Denver StarCons. My little brother and I got stuck in an elevator with George Takei and a buttload of Klingons. It was surreal, even for a kid.
Hundreds of well-known and not-so-well known fiction writers - Bob Crais, Nora Roberts, Jerry B Jenkins, Heather Graham, Jayne Ann Krentz, so on and so forth. Mom's a writer so I spent most of my life around these sorts.
Bruce Campbell - Once long before I knew who he was. (Age 8.) And the once later when I did know who he was. (Age 18. Hubba, hubba.)
Matthew Perry - He's a good friend of a [former] friend of mine. Said friend just shoved his cellphone in my hand, and I ended up talking with Matt and his girlfriend for about half an hour. Awkward for all parties involved.
Jessica Capshaw- Got to run around behind the scenes at the Practice/Boston Public lot in Manhattan Beach. She was kind enough to hang out with us between takes.
Hugh Grant - He was hanging out at a Pizzeria Unos in Chicago. Go figure.

My mom has way cooler stories about celebrity encounters. She sneaks into movie/production lots whenever she's in LA. George Clooney once hit her with a basketball and that made her day.

Michael SChumacher (the formula 1-dude) was about to move in about 3-4 km away from me. he wanted to build himself a nice farmhouse and keep some animals and stuff. but then some Swiss morons came along, charged him wih a lot of extra tax and told him that he'd have to bould his house elsewhere since the place he wants to do that now is not too good for the environment. He had a lot of **** to deal with, so we saw him a couple of times walking in the streets, seemed very worried about something.

Gian Simmen, swiss snowboard legend, winner of an olympics gold medal (Nagano, 2000) he bumped into one of my friends while we were snowboarding, we had a nice chat.

Yes, I met him at a Si-Fi con here in Tulsa this last Summer. I talked to him for awhile about voice acting since it's kind of a hobby of mine. And I didn't see Hellboy for another two weeks until after that. I'm glad cuz I enjoyed the movie a lot more because of it. *pets unrated DVD*

Besides saying "hi" to the guy who does Michelangelo's voice in the new show at a thread at Mikey's, I've met no one.

Edit:
No, wait, I personally know a comic book artist. ^^;

I've personally met John Schneider (Bo Duke from the Dukes of Hazzard TV series; he was performing at a concert in Branson, MO, and getting to go to it was a belated b-day present for me that year. Lucky, lucky me! ) and "King" Richard Petty (#43) of NASCAR fame. Both are true gentleman. Very sweet, and nice.

Peace.

Just last night I met a guy in my parent's Bible study who used to play for the Dodgers. I can't remember his name though. Larry something.
