And about the names, it's really not that big of a deal, especially since they both have something in their signatures that you can call them by (and if new members still don't know what to call them, they can always ask like GK said). With that in mind, it's their decision how they want to write their names. I could call myself Krang or kRanG or KRANG or クラング and it wouldn't really matter due to the reasons above.
