The Bishop cartoon episodes are pretty dark as it is. Imagine what they could get away with if they put him in Tales.

Maybe Hun and traximus , Zog if he was alive Bishop is a good character to keep in mind but I dont know how he would fit in unless it was a Tales comic

out of Stupidity and not seen the show in a few months is the "Bishop" were talking about The Marvel Comic's Bounty Hunter "Bishop" or another "Bishop" ?

Bishop is a New bad guy since last season from the TMNT new toon, he's kind of like a Mr. Smith from the matrix but he fights and makes experiments with "aliens"

I'm of the opinion that variations of most of them could work in the comics. If well thought out and written, almost any charachter can be done, and done well. It's all in the vision. I would like to see the Daymio and Ultimate ninja, Traximus, Bishop, Hun, Hell..Even Chapman could be fit in, in some role. It's all in the work up man. But..they could work even better as non continuity stories, sort of elseworldish. Could be a means to revive "Plastron Cafe" Or "Turtle Soup".

He also has clones like Smith does and seems to like to hang out in Matrix themed areas.

I think Hun would make a cool accomplace to work with Cha Ocha, and Traximus could probably show up at some point to the turtles' aid.

Oh and FYI, Zog was in the original comics during the "Return to New York" storyline where he got ripped to shreds by the Shredder clones.
