I'm hoping if they do show bloodshed, it will be along the lines of Batman Beyond: ROTJ. Tastefull, but effective. Although, since there will be alot of heavy martial arts action, maybe they could kick it up a pinch.

Yeah I agree with Raph. What they did in Batman Beyond: ROTJ and the original Batman: TAS was tasteful and effective at the same time, and would be ideal for direct to DVD episodes where they have a bit more freedom and less censorship.

Glad to hear this arc is more intense than anything so far (or since). It does give a little more credibility to the idea that 4Kids skipped this season for violence/darkness rather than just purely for profit from FF merchandise.

Can't wait to see these episodes on DVD!

Nope, still nothing is added with bloodshed. However, I'm open to its usage in the way we see it in ROTJ. I do enjoy small playground fights, they're really entertaining.

There have been some violent fights in the series. Just not a sight of blood to be seen.

It be cool to see other decedents besides Cody Jones in the Fast Forward season.

I want to see blood pour out of the stumps of lopped-off limbs - Guyver style.

Fast Foward is meant to start in September (I think), but I don't think an exact date has been announced yet.

Fast Forward Volume 1.1 is due out on DVD 30th January 2007. Dan said The Lost Season was due on DVD early 2007, probably January, which means it could beat FF to DVD (which would make sense).

I'm thinking 4Kids has now decided to release the Lost Season volumes (about 3 or 4 in all) before the Fast Forward volumes.
