Fair enough.

It was the minimizer that shrank the Technodrome. I don't know if Krang tried to retrieve it. I know Donatello made a device to reverse its effects. If the minimizer were still active during the Big Blowout, the turtles would have faced tougher odds. Maybe it's not Krang's most powerful weapon but certainly one of his most underrated weapons.

And I love seing the Technodrome being shrunk into a toy tank, with Shredder and Krang as toy dolls inside it.
