I think one of my favourite episodes of the OT is when Dregg brings back Krang and Shredder. Especially since they had Shredder be bad ass ninja master shredder, not whiny dependent on Krangs gadgets Shredder. But this episode is awesome because the old proverb "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" doesn't hold true when 2 evil masterminds go head to head.

Season 9 "Friend From The Stars" Dregg was annoying, especially with the public turning against the Turtles after all they've done. He also rarely interacted with the Turtles compared to Season 10 "I'm Nobody's Friend and You Know It!!" Dregg who did fight more often and showed extraordinary abilities even without the "help" of Krang and rarely relied on other sources to do away with the Turtles. Season 10 rocked!! Season 9 had a few good episodes, not much. Chronos, however, kicked ass.

I have, and I am thunderstruck that people actually like her? Why?

He was a decent character and but I feel that his hench aliens Hi-Tech & Mung helped to make me like him more.
I think if it was just him I may not of liked him.
The voice of Tony Jay was a good choice for him as well.
I really do love the last storyline with him draining everyones life force and bringing Shredder & Krang back.
