In the comics, I've even seen Splinter referred to as "Splinty" once. How about "Splint" in the vein of Leo, Don, Raph, and Mike(y)?

The video games were the first popular incarnation to use the Turtle nicknames, though I still prefer "Mike" over "Mikey" as Ultra/Konami used.

Oh, I didn't know that, thanks!

And Don once called Leo Neo in the '03 series, if I remember correctly.

Also, Raph has called Leo "Fearless Leader."
That reminds me...Raph calls Leo "Chief" sometimes on the new show. I've always like the "Fearless" or "Fearless Leader" nickname for Leo.

Yeah, he does, and I prefer "Chief" over "Fearless Leader" because it seems like Raph is using that one in a sarcastic way, whereas "Chief" is used in a more endearing way.
