Considering branding is an important part of marketing and if they couldn't get their act together that far out, it speaks to the behind the scenes process, yeah it's kind of a big deal.

There's the S on the truck. If anything in that scenario Sachs would own TCRI

Why would he have to own tcri. He has dealt with tcri in the past and not owned tcri.

did I say it was confirmed? A report from the Toy Fair said the canister of ooze had an "S" logo on it. Like I said before, it "sounds like" the name TCRI isn't used in this movie.
