Donnie finishes a new batch of retro-mutagen in hopes of saving Karai; the Turtles are hunted by Shredder's new henchmen, Bebop and Rocksteady.

Can't wait to see these two in action.

Totally. I wonder how desperate Steranko and Zeck will be to get their hands on that retromutagen, considering they were mutated against their will? And most of Shredders other henchmen, come to think of it….

Even if they tried to get there hands on the retromutagen, They are gonna mess up and the Turtles get it back, I don't think they are just gonna show up as mutants for one episode and change back to normal in the next. These versions of Bebop and Rocksteady are such a huge departure of the original versions, Who embraced there mutation and caused all sorts of problems with the Turtles.

It is going to take a while for us, to get used to these new incarnations of the characters on TV.

I doubt they will get their hands on the mutagen, but they will certainly expose Donatello as the creator of the retromutagen and lead the Turtles into creating the Turtle Blimp.

As for Karai I don't think the Turtles will succeed if giving her retromutagen either, or if they do it will stabilize her mutation. But she will still have the ability to transform into a mutant.

I don't think B and R will turn back right away and will fail to get the retro-mutagen. I do hope they can save Karai, but I don't want to get my hopes up too high especially considering she was mutated with a batch of failed mutagen.

I just wanted to say that I am SUPER PSYCHED about Robbie Rist as Mondo Gecko tomorrow. As a die-hard lifelong fan of the 1990 movie, I was super amused when they cast Corey Feldman as Slash. Now Robbie Rist for Mondo?? Talk about perfect casting! I'm so happy!!!
Now if they can find roles for Josh Pais and Brian Tochi, I will keel over with delight.

It was failed mutagen so much as it was contaminated snake DNa serum added to the Mutagen

I think Baxter add the snake dna on purpose but accidentally add some other chemical that had the same color as retro mutagen.

Something like "Oh I sure this won't change anything."

Exactly he gets startled and knocks in the chemical. He notices it but says "oops. I guess that will be okay."

Guys, I just had an awesome dream last night! In it, the turtles were sent into space somehow (maybe the time scepter goes wack?), and they arrive in a Kraang ship. The Kraang here not only seem nicer, but have perfect English as well. (Maybe Utroms?) The reason why they're planning on going to Earth is because it's an "oasis to protect them from the conquerors". I take it that these conquerors are either the Federation, the Triceratons, or both. Anywho, these Kraang can't go to Earth now because they saw how the invasion failed, and they would never be accepted into Earth Society (or something like that). Karai is also there for some reason, and these Kraang create a retromutagen to change her back while the turtles jog her memory. Meanwhile, Leo (who apparently was left behind in New York), is fighting Shredder, and he seems to be winning.

Maybe this dream covers events in Season 4? I doubt it, though- my dream also turned Karai into a kitten, and Alphonse Elric was there. He used alchemy to transform mutagen into retromutagen and was just chillen' with everybody.

Nah, I don't think your dream has anything to do with what's in season 4. It's just a weird dream you had and nothing more.

I'm stoked for "Turtles in Time" though. It definitely sounds like it'll be an interesting episode, and I can't wait to see Renet in it, too.

I just hope they don't screw up Renet somehow! She's one of my favorite character!

For example in the Mirrage Comics there is one story line where they go back in time and teach ninjitsu to some people and the people they teach begin the Foot Clan.

In the OT there is an Episode where Shredder wants to go back in time to kill an Ancestor of Splinter, Splinter won't be born and thus the Turtles wouldn't be mutated. However this said Ancestor is founder of the Foot Clan and in destroying him the Foot Clan also wouldn't exist.

And in the IDW's Turtles in time story, the second part has the Turtles go back in time to Japan. They encounter Hamato Yoshi and the rest of the family they reincarnate from. Leo wants to kill the Shredder to save the lives off all who will die and suffer at his hands. And Raph tells him that as much as he agrees that the Shredder should be taken out. They can't do it because it would not only erase their lives, but the lives of all they've saved and helped in their time. After they leave that time Shredder talks to Kitsune about how Demons attacked his clan and he wanted to know why. Kitsune then tells him that demons attacking is a sign of betrayal and the Shredder says "Fine, the next time someone disagrees with me...they will die." Thus setting up the eventual execution of Hamato Yoshi and his entire family.

So it would fit the same pattern if the Turtles go back in time to Japan in that Turtles in time episode. They encounter Oroku Saki before he became the Shredder. And then some point the Turtles talk to themselves or maybe to Hamato Yoshi's father about how Shredder isn't really a member of the Hamato Clan but a child adopted from the Foot Clan. Oroku Saki over hears them and thus paves the way for the Shredder to be created.

Why do you think they would just go for a 7 month/one year hiatus? That's too long for Nick standards. The episode is already finished guessing from the footage. Season 3 is done now. By the time something like that ends, season 4 is already done.

In the leaked images, the Turtles are wearing their costumes from Mazes & Mutants. Something tells me that Sir Malachi will be time travelling too. And either they went back to Feudal Japan, or to Homato Yoshi's youth.
