What color should I dye my hair? - Page 2

Red sounds great, either way I'd recommend mystic violet. Yes, not kidding, this color really exists and it's one hell of a shimmery shining experience

Dying your hair; buying swords... have you been watching a lot of anime lately? Be careful with the sword, and the peroxide.

The woman who cuts my hair will occasionally try to convince me to die it. My hair is essentially black, but it's getting a bit salt & pepper around the temples - sort of like Mr Fantastic. I don't want to do it, because if I start now I'll have to keep it up forever, and If my dad is anything to go by, I'll be transitioning to silver for the next 25 years.

edit: Well, there's at least some that glows under black lights. If I was crazy, that bold, and half the age... lol

I'm gonna second what many people have said, don't dye it.

Unnatural hair colors may look like they're fun and everything, but it completely changes how someone may view you... Not saying that's right, but just how it is.

Maybe go for another natural color? Blond, darker brown, black?

Anyway if you want a natural colour, shades of red/copper are usually fun. Or at least, they are for me. Blond doesn't look that great when you have darker hair naturally, so you might wanna think twice about that one.

For unnatural colours, just look at whatever's in stock at the store, that's how I tend to decide. :V Where I live we often have light purple, so I'm going to try that one soon.

have fun and experiment.

one thing i can say from personal experience is chemically enhancing your hair does dry it out and makes it frizzy.

but you gotta try it out, though.

I had my barber bleach my hair for the halloween costume in my avatar, it looked strange for a while afterwards waiting for my regular brown hair to grow back. Definitely worth it to be Duke Nukem.
