And if you can't see the dimond through the coal, to bad for all of you, Next Mutation was good, keep your bloody TP next mutation is what I crave
Well, if you like it, that's fine. That's why I asked WHICH is better, instead of just saying what's better.

While I'm fairly tolerant of people saying they don't like TNM, please refrain from saying that anyone who DID like it is "stupid". I liked it, and my mod trigger finger's feeling itchy...

Yeah, I voted TNM. Not saying it was a good incarnation, but I still recognized the potential in it. I know several things were just wrong about it, but I'd trade my last roll of TP for the complete series any day.

Any takers?

Are you kidding me... It's more valuable then Charmin for the torture factor (My sis doesn't like kiddy stuff anymore) alone! not to mention fun to watch in the middle of the night when your too tired to notice all the crappy parts... It's also good to have in the backround as my sis is trying to have a semi-romantic moment with her boyfriend. I'd download it off kazza if it didn't take 6 or 7 hours...

What a fallacious analogy...

A more accurate one would be: TNM is a gigantic barrel of horse dung...somewhere in that barrel is a fragment of a Skittle, but that's it.

Or, more proverbially, trying to find something good about TNM is like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

This is my own personal opinion. If anyone has a problem with it, well, tough. Nothing you or any of the mods can do can change it. Also notice that I never attacked anyone directly in any of my posts. Saying what I did in my last response wasn't a cold-blooded bashing; my 9th grade English teacher said something along those lines (she said "nose", however), but it wasn't to insult us, it was to inform us. I've been told that line more than once on here, so I think it's only fair that I "return the favor", but not in malice.

Thank you.

doubt the turtles still exist thanks to tnm :/, they only had a season, with like 20 episodes or something, and they didn't cause such impact, i think turtles would exist with or without tnm

Of course they would. It has nothing to with the TNM. The way I see it, TNM and Image comic series are the dark age of TMNT.

I picked TNM because, to be quite honest, it's what brought me back into loving the TMNT...permanently. There was a time in my life when I put the Turtles briefly aside and delved into the world of musical theater. I still collected the Archie comics religiously, but as far as anything else, their world was far from mine. Then, in early 1997 when Venus (Karen T.) told me in a snail mail letter (before I had the Internet) that the TMNT were making a comeback to television, I agreed with what she said. She wasn't sure whether to cheer or gag because we had already passed our TMNT stage and were into other things. But, my tune changed when the show aired. I watched and taped it every single Friday. It's one of my lesser favorites of the universes, but as far as I was concerned, it was TMNT and they were BACK! So, see, I never lost interest in them, but I guess I needed something to realize how much I love them!

And you know something else? We don't even buy that brand of toilet paper! So, there!

People who complain about the Next Mutation are much, much, much worse than the Next Mutation.

Maybe you didn't notice, but this thread is not a personal attack towards people who like the show.

Thank you, Karpo.

And, while I, like many, hate the show I'd just like to say that voting for Charmin doesn't even have to mean you don't think Next-Mutation was good. Just not AS good as Charmin.

I voted for TP.

I would much rather watch Charmin commercials and use NM as TP.
