All biased against TNM aside, compairing The foot to the Rank in TMNT is like compairing Boris, Natasha, and Fearless Leader with Grand "Guy" Visir, the Crankcase brothers, or Zero in Rocky and Bullwinkle.... I mean, the foot is the iconographic villain troop of TMNT, always will be. The Rank appeared in only one format, albiet a fan disapproved one.

I feel the same way for Dregg... Biased aside... he's no Shredder. Look at Batman, he has millions of villains, but he's most famous for his rivalry with the Joker.
