There's also the fact that Leo is the team leader. Historically, taking out the head of command is always a point of action in war. You remove the head and the body goes to bits.

And, let's face it, Leo is 'Splinter Junior'. Not that Splinter wouldn't be as upset/angry if any of the others were wounded by Shredder, but I think it would sting the most if his oldest was hurt/killed. Because the thing is, if Splinter is captured, it automatically falls to Leo to be the man of the house and protect and guide his brothers. And the eldest sons are the most revered in most cultures, because they're the family heir.

from the trailer, leo was only shown in a scene with the others once (not counting the dimension x episode) when the kraang came into the lair. after that he's only alone. plenty of shots of the other 3 with april and casey, so im guessing theyre together for most of it.

my best guess is that after the kraang come into the lair, the turtles go to aprils apartment, while splinter has been captured by the kraang. Leo goes out looking for splinter, gets found by shredder, while the rest try to handle the kraang invasion. i just dont know for sure if the others are in the apartment when leos thrown through it, or if theyre out. if they are, leo could be too hurt to help with the invasion, or if they arent, they could have no clue whats happening to him.

also what im unsure of is the order of shredder fights. we get him vs splinter, vs leatherhead, and (kind of) vs leo. depending on what order these happen in could determine alot

I hope they are in the apartment....just for the dramatic reaction. Can't wait to watch that scene. The clip of Leo blasting through that window gives me chills

Yeah, I also like to see Mikey holding Leo in his arms like in the 2k3 version(and Mirage, I think).

It would be nice to see Shredder talking about the Turtles to his command, and not just like "Destroy the Turtles." but as in "Take out Leonardo." I liked that the 2003 Shredder had his own relationship to each of the Turtles in some way.

I think perhaps Leo could get thrown through the window as the Krang invasion is starting, by shredder who afterwards gets stopped going any further by Leatherhead and a fight follows while Leo is out of it the rest of the turtles take to stopping the Krang, Possibly leaving room for April to tag along in the mech and things

All I know is there's going to be a lot going on in the finale, but my guess is that Leo's probably going to go out and try and rescue Splinter and then gets ambushed by Shredder and the Foot.

One thing I'm thinking, is (from the clip) the Kraang are trying to catch Splinter, might it be likely they are doing this in alliance to Shredder? Splinter has no 'special traits' that we know of, but yet they are interested in him. Unless he had an ancestor that underwent the same sort of experimentation April did (too far back or imperfect enough to not protect him from mutation) it would be rather odd for them unless Shredder was involved. My speculation on this is that Shredder might use him as a specific test subject (as he used to be human) for the Kraang to work on a retromutagen to cure Karai. It would make sense, since Shredder hates him and also because a mutated human might require a different chemical formula over something that used to be an animal.

I also assume that the Kraang want Splinter due to their alignment with Shredder.

never thought of it happening like that, wwith them stopping the kraang before they find leo

that would be incredibly epic, everything seems over and their all there then leo flies through the window

... Given all the news revealed, all the sneak peaks, clips, the 45 minutes of awesome, the trailer of awesome, all the speculation going on with the fans, and top off the fact we can expect two to three more years of this (at the VERY least)....

... I have nothing to add. This show is amazing and Ciro and company are arguably the best things to happen to this franchise.

Here's an though that I get:have you noticied that the Kraang who talked has... Well, talk with a perfect english? He didn't use the term "the one what it's called rat..." to Splinter. He didn't even say the world Kraang! How!? Makes nosense, don't ya think? As Kurstzen has discover, they have been in heart fo centuries and the still didn't get the human language. What if this Kraang it's not from the Kraang? What if he's part of another group of aliens? Like, for example, the Utroms?!
In the original comic the Utroms saved Splinter and explained their origins to him and the turtles. I think this could happen. And you guys?
