Tuesday is release day for most things from games to blu-rays now I can't really put trailers down to that science its just a thing I've noticed lately.

I could understand not wanting to release movies on the same day/weekend, but trailers? I'd have to disagree, online trailers, being easily accessible, and free, I'm willing to bet the general populace would watch both without hesitation.

And truth be told, just speaking from my circle of influence (family, friends, work) nobody even knows the they were filming a third installment of the Expendables. I personally think The Expendables will fade into the background, posing little to no contest for the Turtles, or the Guardians. (Or any other movie coming out at the same time.)

Btw, have any of you see the Expendables trailer? It's like Stallone is writing a love letter to himself. As some point, shouldn't a man just humbly accept his action days are done, instead of roiding just to prove something? But I love me some Jet Li, so I'll be seeing this anyway, lol

I'll just say it now Jet Li has been horribly underused in the movies so far and the MMA guys are just in the background and it seems they only grunt when referenced to, now they want to add more to the team.

...Jet, I understand because he wanted to still be apart of it, but had other filming obligations. and it seems he is just adding the big names, Norris, Ford, Ah-nold...just so they can give their cheesy one liners as a throwback to their once lively action careers in the 80-90s.

Oh we'll, Stallone makes more with one film than I could ever hope to see in several years at work.

Hey I'm new here as a poster but I've been following this site for some time now. I'm actually new to forums in general so I'm not sure exactly how to post pics or if i can post a video from my phone or not. It took me forever to get the trailer posted to youtube the other day just to have them take it down. But I've still got it on my phone so if I can post it here without and trouble coming my way I'd be happy to do so I just need someone to let me know how I would go about doing that. Thanks

Personally, I think it's worth putting out there...seeing as how Paramount won't,

I've grown cynical, only bc I hate getting my hopes up, only to have them dashed, so I don't think Paramount will do anytime soon.

It's slightly irritating that we're getting The Expendables 3 trailer now, and it's not out til September... yet we're still twisting in the breeze waiting for our Turtles trailer.

I love me some Antonio, so I'll see the movie for that reason alone. What can I say, I'm a sucker for accents. This'll be one for my "watch just to perve on the actor/actress" movie pile - he rocked in Desperado.

It's possible that Paramount might be saving it for Transformer, which will come out next weekend.

Sometimes studios will do that, put up a hyped up trailer to a movie for added revenue. I know, because I myself got suckered into doing that once. I saw on Entertainment Tonight, advertising how the first trailer for Return of the King would debut with Second Hand Lions. So, a movie I had not even heard of until that night, I ended up going to see, just for the ROTK trailer. But at least the movie turned out to be quite a charmer.

I myself, even though I already seen Thor 2 in 2D and 3D, decided to go see it in IMAX, so I can get a glimpse of the elevator scene in Captain America 2. I assure you, I was not the only nerd in the theater to be doing that.

And, I'm pretty sure GOTG is probably going to debut sneak preview of The Avengers 2, and quite possibly Star Wars 7, to get more people to go and see the movie.

I say it'll probably be today or tomorrow.

Alberta Film Ratings classified that trailer on 6/12

The last trailer that was classified on the page came out 6 to 7 days afterwards.

I really hope it gets released on the web before Transformers, we gotta get this movie from under the big shadow of Optimus Prime.

Actually, I would say that's smart on Lionsgate's part. It's more or less irritating that TMNT's advertising is only really now getting started given that it's release isn't even so long away.
