That's horrible! Lol, I think I bought a couple things from that seller before though.... but they were brand new TMNT classics and were at retail not super crazy price crap!

You might just be able to go to target or walmart and ask them to bring out the whole case from the back. Buy a figure and most likely the cashier will just give you the box.

It's more correctly known as "hat off". There is both this version, and a version with him wearing his hat in package.

Either he cannot tell that it is sitting right there or those are the only pictures he had of the figure. Might send a message to the person.

Perhaps the ebay seller needs a lesson in semantics. "No hat" does not a "hat off" make. I'd say they are rather different indeed! If I were searching for a "hat off" Ace Duck I probably wouldn't search "no hat". I love the logic that some ebay sellers imploy!
