Can you take closer pics of it? I was thinking it might be either Rocksteady's or Movie Leo's (with some damage to the bottom edge) but if it doesn't look like any of the pictured ones, then I'm stumped as well

#3 are Monty Moose's accessories (the sword and pistol should be removable.)

#8 came with the Toon Turtle Cycle. It clips on the front of the side car.

#4 is a piece that belongs to Raph's Toon Cycle.(http://m.flickr.com/#/photos/terrible2z/3866322047/)
I think I remember seeing one of these on a table in a Barnes and Noble back in early early '93 ( before the third movie was out). Yes, the Turtles were that popular from late '89 until '93.

#1 is an accessory to the Movie 3 Leonardo figure (I believe). I remember everyplace selling Movie 3 figures.

You're welcome! I believe #2 and #7 belong to vehicles also. Judging by the selection, I would say that the seller was a collector from early '92 until '93 or '94.

I forgot about the Sewer Seltzer Cannon. It was an awesome vehicle. For some reason I can see it being used with the Sewer Lair.

It is kind of used as a catch-all catagory for the unknown

I was thinking bootleg because of the detail around the squares. It looks like it's supposed to be cracks and slime. Typically bootlegs would have odd ball added details like that

That shield may be an accessory that came with a re-released Rocksteady. I recall that the rereleases from the mid-90s, for which every figure had the same packaging, had slightly different colored accessories. I recall Rocksteady's items being a darker grey color than the original's release were.
