Well, putting Sonic in tends to take away from Shadow's stand alone status. Same went for Knuckles. They just spin off, then spin back in. Dosen't matter to me as long as the game is good. Knuckles Chaotix is just a Sonic game with someone glued to you running on a glicthy Sonic CD engine. It wasn't all bad. The bounus levels were th ebest part imo.

Gamefags is just an old nickname people gave it because the people there were notorious for their blantant ignorance of even the most general gaming knoledge and tendance to preach bullsh*t, preach it as truth, and flame you for telling them otherwise. They've actually shaped up a lot lately (probobly the members getting older), but you're right on the fact that IGN is FAR worse. Those forums are pure n00b hell.

Yeah I heard those rumors about GameFAQs, but I never found it happening, and I been there for a year and a half. Guess I'm out of luck? It's weird because I'm usually the target for no reason, and I figured this message board would target me after I heard of it's supposied nature. Never happend to me. For once, I'm lucky O.o

Getting back on topic, the only thing I can see myself likeing, the the ability to become good or evil. I don't mind the guns and all. Sonic games have been crap this century anyway, so I'm not expecting anything good from this either.

I've been a registered member at GameFAQs since 2001, and I've visited the site since 2000. I can tell you the most idiotic things I've ever heard in my life have come from their message boards. A lot of amazingly funny stuff comes from there too.

They have been getting better over the last year or so, but that doesn't stop tards from messing stuff up. Certain game boards have a highly mature amount of posters, while big game boards (Halo, FF, GTA, and surprisingly MP) have a population of about 85% morons.

This is basically how it works: Head over to the FF, GTA, MSG (PS2 basically) boards and you'll hear tons of childish Xbox, and especially Nintendo, bashing. Head over to the Xbox boards for Halo and you'll see a ton of PS2 bashing, Nintendo praising, and worthless topics like "If MC was a fruit, what fruit would he be?". Go over to the Nintendo boards and you'll usually find a lot of nice people, but certain boards are horrible. The Metroid guys do nothing but bash Halo and praise MP while the Zelda fellows do nothing but bash FF. It's really quite a large mess over there, but I've gone off topic quite a bit, so I'll stop.

That explains it. I don't go to overly active boards. I go to small ones, such as all Sonic games, TMNT, NiGHTS, Perfect Dark, Mario's, Streets of Rage 3, and thats pretty much it.

I had a thought last night. At first, I didn't care if there was a gun or not. I wasn't for it, but I wasn't against it. But I had a dream last night that made it seem pretty cool. Like makeing alot of quick, swift moves, and getting in good shots, I think the weapon in my dream was a shotgun, which are always good for close range. So imagine this, Shadow running at high speed, carrying the shotgun in one hand, as maybe, a GUN robot. He punches at Shadow, while shadow jumps, flips behind him, quickly strifts(sp?) to the side, just as the bot attacks again, and gives the bot a loaded shot, right into the side of the bot, blasting him off the road.

Sounds neat, but I don't know how well they could program something like that, especially with Sega's problem with bad camera angles.

Actually, Sonic Heroes made Vector look like a corny ass, wrestler. He wasn't even into music. And no, I don't count Team Blast.
