And if they want to link back to previous characters, what about T-581 or whoever? The guy whose life Bishop basically ruined?

But at the end of S3, they said that one of the characters would never be seen again. Maybe they wanted to keep it ambiguous as to who it was, leaving them open bring one of them back if they ever wanted to.

I think it was pretty obvious at this point that that character was Shredder.

What would have been more direct would be Leo shoopting Ch'rell dead then spoke to the audience

"Ok, he's dead, you're never going to see him again"

I personally thought "Garbageman" was one of the quirkiest eps of the show. Has he appeared in any of the console games? Nano's level(first game) would have been a good place for him to be in there somewhere...

Actually, no. He was never in any of the consoles. I'm not sure about the GameBoy versions.

I'm actually extremely disappointed this episode won't be finished. When I first saw the synops for each episode in the lost season this one stood out for me because it has Raph and Don as the only turtles in it apparently, and I was really, really looking forward to seeing them together again like in the H.A.T.E. episode. There's not enough interaction between those two, so yeah, I was disappointed to learn about this ep being canceled

The whole garbageman being it, I dunno, why not, and giving Hun such a funny/humiliating family-tie sounded like good stuff to me ^_^

what if

what if they seperated hun and the garbageman, then threw the garbageman out cause they thought he was dead or worthless, then he had to raise himself off of trash becoming the dreaded garbageman. just a thought!

That sounds reasonable. And he kidnaps Hun and everybody to get revenge on them for... never letting him in the videogames! ... Okay. But, the first point of my post was serious.

I just think the idea of making the Garbage dude a conjoined twin is lame; it should have been a family member like an uncle, cousin, brother, dad, or something...I think that would have been a better episode and it would have been completed.

*nods* I agree with ya right there Buslady. The only thing weird about this episdoe pitch is the conjoined twins. If the Garbageman was a half-brother on the other hand, that would really have me there.

Hun: YOU TURTLES WON'T GET AWAY THIS TIME!
G'man: Yeah! *slobbers and snorts* You won't get far in that scrap heap!
Hun: ...man, now I know why you were twice removed...

But yeah, I think the episode sounded really solid. And just for a note, that would mean Donnie would be the only character in the series who would have met the Garbageman 3 times. You can just imagine him thinking "not again" or something It's a shame, since this would probably be the best thing that they would have done to Garbageman. But I would personally like to see Hun kill the guy with a chainsaw, but that's just me

Also rather tragic. Which would add a lot to the character and give him a solid reason for being so connected to garbage.

I never liked Garbageman. The only reason I miss this ep being made is for the under-utilized Don/Raph intereaction.

They just gave us the stinking episode. Give it on DVD, where the parents can decide what their kids can and cannot watch. What if they just LET US SEE IT!! *falls over*

Give us the freaking episode already, instead of the horrible drivel they continually bombard us with.

honestly i think this episode is gone, if they truely thought this episode was unwatchable and stop the production on it. its probably never going to be finished, not for the dvd not for anything. you might just have to let go of it, cause i doubt they care enough to finish it, cause they barely care enough to release the other lost episodes, and those are apparently completed. the only reason insane in the membrane was released was cause it was finished, if they never completed it we would have never seen it. and its the same for the other lost episodes they are done with them, so they can be released they just are choosing to hold them back for however long.

No. I mean whatever they have. Storyboards, outlines. Anything. It's all good.
