You missed the beginning then. It's obvious that they found them in the garbage dump. There's lots of neat things you can find there. I'll bet that's where the missiles came from.

A funny ep and I liked it. I'm really looking forward to next week's ep... Next Saturday can't come soon enough.

Heh, if ya recall last week I mentioned what a blatant Mojo ripoff he was...I hope they dont get sued by Marvel.

Sorry to have to break the little cushy anything TMNT is golden bubble....but this episode SUCKED. I mean, wtf was that? Pure crap, and stunk worse than the bad guy there were fighting...the only cool thing about the episode was the preview for what looks to be one epic episode next week.

I was actually pretty impressed with this episode. The humour was fantastic, as many of the others have already said (yet another girly scream from Mikey ), and for a filler episode, the plot wasn't half bad either!

Kudos to them for bringing back the old trenchcoats and hats too. I still like them better than the street clothes they wore last episode (though they were pretty cool too).

Also, this is the first episode that's really focused on the turtles alone. No Casey, Saki, Splinter...I think this showed that the turtles can carry an episode on thier own just as well as with any of the other players. That's one thing I really like about this new series, is that April and Splinter aren't in EVERY one, like in the older toon. It shows that April does have a life besides the TMNT.

Oh yeah, almost forgot....NEXT WEEK BABY!!! WOO-HOO! Next week's definitely what fans have been waiting for. *does little dance*

This was one of the FUNNIEST episodes I ever seen. I never knew Mikey had such a high voice! Who's his VA, Chris Tucker?

I broke out laughing when the Turtles broke out laughing at the name "Garbageman." It sounds pretty funny when you think about it!

CAN'T...WAIT...TILL...NEXT...WEEK'S...........EPIS ODE!!!!!
SHREDDER'S........DEBUT......AWESOME!!!!

Hey Mondo, don't get upset. Beaker can dislike the episode if he wants, we each have to make up our own ideas about things. But in this case he's far from being with the majority. Again, great episode.

I just got back from work and popped my TMNT tape into the VCR.

Loved:
The Mikey one-liners! I think this ep has the best ones to date!
"T-M-N-T! What you get is what you see!"
"Ya know, you're only embarrasing yourself."

TRENCHCOATS AND FEDORAS!!!!! YES!!!! It's funny, but seeing the TMNT in trenchcoats reminded me of the first time i saw my fiance. He always wears a Trench coat and fedora, and he's nto even a Turtle fan!

It's a lil odd to see the guys interacting w/ so many humans this early on. Altho i really think the partnership they have w/ the homeless ppl is sweet.

Didn't Love:
The plot. Too rushed, didn't seem too well thought out....

Garbageman himself. Is it just me, or did he look a lot like Hoggish Greedily from the old Captain Planet that used to be on after TMNT in the old days?

I liked this ep. The garbage truck was awesome! It looked like something you'd see a Knight Rider villain drive. And it was great to finally see the Battle Shell in action. As stand-alone eps go, this one was quite entertaining.

Now for a gripe... For the 2nd week in a row, my station has not shown the preview for next week's episode. So those of you who actually get to *see* the preview, consider yourselves lucky!

Good:
1) The episode was quite funny (Mike's scream)
2) It was cool to see how the TMNT get their equipment
3) Very Batman:TAS esque

Bad:
1) Not very interesting characters: Professor, Garbageman
2) Felt very rushed
3) Action was weak

All in all I think this was the weakest of the episodes yet. I really can't imagine how anyone could say this was the best episode ever. Especially after seeing the first 8 and the preview for 10. By the way 10 does look incredible doesn't it?

This Ep. was okay with plenty of "humor" but what made me laugh was the Battle Shell (which I never liked) when they pressed the turbo I was like anyone wanna play extreme bumber cars and the missles sure just another thing those sewer people have that I don't but I would like to have and the fact that it was saved by that little wood thing on the peir

Some one said they were getting annoyed with usage of the word shell well its better than how it was used NT: TNM

Worst. Episode. Ever.

Fat-arsed guy in a suped up wheelchair kidnapping the homeless?! What're these writers on? And one of the homeless guys is a PROFFESOR? Why doesn't he have a job at some university if he's soooo smart? I have no idea what next weeks is gonna' be like cuz Nascar took over right after the credits.

So what'd they show in the preview???

You would be suprised at how educated and intelligent many of real homeless people are. Things happen in life, and most of them are not really to lazy to work. No matter what the stereotype is. Whether their out of a job due to their age, restructuring, or just where they were working closing can lead to a life on the streets. And once you end up on the streets, it's hard t turn things around. Without a mailing address and several other factors can lead to you never escaping the streets.

better than I thought, but thats not saying much really. Over all aside from the comidey and the bit of chacter building for the guys not much to write home about. I was more up set about Garbage mans lack of anything resmbling an origin. Considering how he looked he should have had more of a story behind him, Bugman had more of an origin than this guy.

I didn't see that thread. but yeah... the first time i saw the preview it was like "why is Mojo in a TMNT toon... "

but yeah, this ep wasn't too great. Although it did answer one very big question... where they get their metal and stuff like that.
