Anyone else notice that even when Don wasn't wearing the bag, he still had the strap around him like Leo's?

I'm glad the mutants aren't Bebop and Rocksteady/Tokka and Rahzar rip-offs, i.e. Shredder makes mutants of his own to fight the TMNT.
And props to the Turtes for being able to roll up their sleeping bags so quicky after they woke up.

Well, that was a very good episode, even though Mikey was quite annoying. Raphael was really cool in this ep, especially when he rescued the others with the grappling hook. And yes, the mutants were indeed created with the ooze! It seems to be a special version of the ooze since the scientist said that that they wanted to give their test objects digging abilities.
Speaking of that scientist: We had another off-screen death!

Very good episode. I was afraid it would have mutants like the old cartoon, but Im glad I was wrong. The substance they used looked like same ooze that mutated the TMNT, but it didn't bother me. It was completetly diffrent thing.
They were making fun of movie 2, 3 and nextmutation? Didn't notice, but thats only a plus! |

I liked this episode, I also really liked the Star Wars quote in it: "Well, one things for sure, we're all gonna be a lot thinner"

Loved it, loved it, looooved it!! Mikey was so cutely terrified.
Leo: All in favor say "aye". Mike: ....Meep! Leo: Close enough. Being a fan of scary sci-fi and TwilightZone, I agree that there are certain lines you never want to hear in a situation like that . I can't wait for next week!

Since those mutant were originally going to hunt down the Utroms. I can tell that those tapes had to of been recorded like sometime after Shredder killed Yoshi. I wonder if Don would narrate part 2 or 3. He wanted to learn more about the crystals.

Cause Shredder very likely didn't know the Turtles existed when that underground lab was created.

Yes, it was clear the lab was old and that Shredder was hunting down the utroms.

My biggest question: When they were running from that big boulder and reached the broken bridge, why did that hurry with the rope and not simply walk aside from the boulder's path? You could clearly see that there was room enough for all of them next to the opening.
