By the way, I didn't mean to offend anyone (I don't know you guys, so I don't know what you find funny or not) of the Lewis Black clip. It was the first one I saw when I typed his name on Google. If I did then I'm sorry.

Great episode. I liked how Donnie kept correcting the others on technicalities, I do that often, haha.

I like how Yoshi also dealt with anger issues. I'm sure that IDW and Nick had talked about this prior, it seems too coincidental otherwise. Great character development for Splinter that he doesn't often get.

So, is there a leader Kraang? Because the kraangs were saying, we must show this picture to Krang. It would be awesome if there was a leader and it was the original krang

That's what I'm kind of thinking, though it'd be cool if it were the leader Krang!

Yes. I have Direct tv. It comes on NickHD at 10. Then on NickW (west I believe) it comes on at 1.

Yes, there is a leader for The Kraang. The 1980's Krang which is going to debut in season two.

It's funny, as much as I enjoyed the premiere last week, I didn't really plan to make it a point to watch this series. I don't usually like to watch TV in the mornings. Most mornings I'm either on the computer or doing chores. But as ten O'clock approached I found myself planting my butt in front of the TV to catch the newest episode. I Guess I'm hooked.

I don't think that looking on who was involved with nickelodeon in the past years will give you a better grasp of who might be working on the show in future episodes as a guest starr than lets say just randomly guess who...
this is the turtles, remember..one of the worlds best known comic/cartoon characters..their names tell pretty much everybody in the western world something..also with two succesfull actors already working in the main cast, why would viacom limit itself to old employes(so to speak)...basically many more well known people I guess would have fun to crack it with the turtles for an episode or two...
I would love to hear kevin conroy somewhere in the show if possible

oh-the dogpound thing next week:it could be possible, too, that he just gets contacted by accident or in a fight and the foot need not work together with the kraang or he must 'volunteer' to be mutated...(what an obnoxious notion, by the way..)
glad you all seem to like the new episode

I can't watch this till I get home from work but was it a good episode?

I'm worried about a repetitive mutant of the week formula.

Dunno if it matters or is accurate, but I watched it with captions on and they had his name as "spider bytez" or something.

I'm still not convinced there is a leader Kraang, or maybe there isn't one yet. They could just be saying they want to show it to another Kraang. They just all have the same name so it's unclear so far. Maybe they are some kind of hive mind or whatnot.

Missed the first 10 mins of episode 3, i'll watch it again at 2 on Nick2. Wish this show came on later in the day. I like this episode, just didn't like this weeks mutant. He look really stupid but other than that i thought it was good a good episode.

Kinda. I used to hate DirectTV. It had no local channels. Anyway, there's like 4 Nicks on there. But only the 2 I mentioned play the turtles. I watched Rise of the turtles on Friday for the sneak peek, Saturday for the premier and then again at 1 on NickW. So, yeah as far as this show goes, I'm good.

It was refreshing to see that this Raph is the insecure and lonely Raph from the original Comics, the masks his feelings behind his anger. What was even better was that even though that is his MO his brother's are fully aware of it.
Well said!

I also liked how Leo stood up to Raph by kicking him out and sending him home. Never really seen that before...usually it's Raph choosing to leave the group but this was a bit more hurtful to him I feel because he wants to be in the fight, but his anger jeopardizes the group.

Another good episode. LB's character was more interesting than I thought he would be. I look forward to future run-in's with "Spider-bites", and I hope Playmates has a toy of him in the works. The Raph-centric story was great. It was the main theme, but it also didn't dominate the entirety of the episode. We still got good bits of the other three in there. Was really cool to see another one of the Kraang's buildings. Makes me wonder if we'll ever see the TCRI building in the show.

Next week's episode looks like it'll be good. I wonder how Shredder got Chuck Norris on his side, and then gave him the body Arnold Schwarzenegger once had, lol...I like the look of his Elite Foot get-up. Would be cool to see Playmates release a toy of it (either as him, or just a random Elite Foot). I wonder when he'll be mutated into Dogpound. Unlike Snake and Vic, who would have been uninteresting otherwise, I'd like to see this guy shelled-out......a bit before they mutate him. Would be a good opportunity to see how this Shredder treats even the best of his followers, and how the Foot operate.

I thought the episode was pretty good. I wish they advanced the arc a little bit more, I was hoping for some more April development and to find out at least SOMETHING new about the Krang or their motivations, instead we just get another random guy turning into another random mutant (which isn't the worst thing in the world) and some more fighting endless groups of Krang.

This would have been fine if we learned more about the Krang's story but it started to feel a little bit monotonous especially because they were fighting in the same dark city street setting and then their lair didn't even have a background it was just black (It could also just be monotonous to me because I watched the first 2 episodes 3 times).

Which makes me think: will we ever see daylight in this series? I hope so. I would love it if the Turtles use their trenchcoats from the OT in broad daylight and no one bats an eyelash I think the new series could potentially pull off some of that classic cartoon logic.

There were alot of funny moments in this ep, that seems to be one of the strongest aspects of the show. Next weeks ep looks good and to be a change from the patterns of these first 3.

Really liked this episode. I liked how they showcased Raph's anger and how Leo sent him home to work on this temper. I also loved Splinter's backstory and how Yoshi's and Saki's rivalry was formed due to Yoshi's temper. Spider Bites was freaky, but not as creepy as Snakeweed. Still, I know we'll see more of him for sure. I really like the Kraang HQ, though it looks as though this isn't their permanent HQ. I wonder if the Turtles recovered the video though, or if the Kraang still have the phone?

Someone already mentioned the Splinter quote, so I won't repeat that one. But here's one of my favorites:

Leo: Prepare to dish out the wrath of justice!
Don: Seriously? Just yell, 'Get 'em.'

Overall, a great episode. Can't wait for next week's. I'm loving this series more and more.
