I'm going by a report I got from someone who saw a case opened. I've not confirmed it myself. So right now it's only 'rumored' to be the case.

I went to Walmart yesterday and they had the new figures up among a slew of the previous releases. I saw 1 Foot Fire Mystic, 2 Toddlers, 2 Mikes. I also saw a regular Foot Soldier. I bought them all and reviewed them http://www.2005boards.com/showthread.php?t=41504.

Turtlebot was noteabley absent. On an excursion to Target today, I saw a single lone Fire Mystic on the peg with the previous waves.
