My guess is, trailer 4 is just trailer 3 with more turtle footage.

Ok my cousin said the trailer is the same as someone who posted the summary earlier about raph using his "batman voice" so I don't need to post summary. He says it looks very good though

-Clear shot of Shredder fighting (even if it's two seconds).
-Clear shot of Splinter.
-More fighting footage and perhaps a little more in depth explanation of the plot.

Best case scenario, IMO. That sounded like a fun trailer.

But, if this is true, I still want trailer 3 online.
