The aliens are pretty cool I think, not the greatest no, but since I'll go into withdrawal and the DTs if I don't buy at least one new TMNT toy a week, I'll probably add them to my shopping list.

Honestly, I feel that's going to do as much good as asking them to release the Ripping Friends series, Gizmoduck and Samurai Eathworm Jim. I'll give it a shot.

I'm guessing that it's the fault of retailers on this one. not thinking the TMNT movie line could co-exist with the FF line. Did that happen before with the other films? I forget. But then again, they were handled as the same toys, where as there's a price and size difference with the current 2 lines.

I used to want some of the unreleased Fast Forward figures, but as time has gone by I have completely moved on to the 2007 movie figures. So now I don't care if they release the rest of the Fast Forward figures or not. If they do, I will be sure to at least buy Fast Forward Bishop, but if they don't it's ok with me.

I'm most looking forward to the new 'mini mutants.'

You all should realize something... The aliens are VERY VERY Jack Kirby-esque. Obviously influenced by Jack Kirby's work, hence why Laird would allow these new characters.

I took your advice and emailed playmates to possibly get some sort of petition going to have these released..so if that happens hopefully the fans will step up and sign or vote or whatever...

It's not that far fetched the fans spoke up before and we got a better baxter stockman figure.

My opinion: The new heads look pretty bad except maybe Dons. What is up with Raph's teeth?! Leo looks like he just got a repaint head from one of the 2 packs which is sorta lame. The aliens don't have much articulation or paint apps, but the designs are interesting so I'll probably buy them even though they have NOTHING to do with the movie. Seems like more shoulda been fast forward designs coming our way, and FF seems to be gone. This just makes me appreciate the NECA deal even more now... C'mon NECA, don't let me down!

To me, the Turtle variants or whatever they are don't like look they'll be worth my money; I tend to avoid variants anyhow. I'm taking a look at the alien figures right now and they look decent, so maybe I'll consider buying some, if not, all of 'em.

What you didnt like the weird spider robot thing with missles and head hatch? LOL thats a bit better than the Fisherprice baxter IMO. I do like the spiderbot that comes with the new one.

No I didn't, the one your calling fisher price baxter was actully on the show and I quite happen to like show acurate figures.

Lol... Just messin. I have one I just thought the detail sucked IMO. The older was far more detailed as far as paint and sculpt maybe not show acurate. The head on the new fig looks goofy and the usual limited articulation BS that Playmates does so well.

So don't take it personal you can love it all you want. Figures like Turtle Titan show how accurate Playmates can go. I was just a bit let down with the new Baxter.
