They're all really good. I think Kali's my favorite TMNT fan artist. The detail and shading in all her stuff is awesome, and the ones in color are amazing. I don't have the patience to make my stuff look that good, sadly.

I really have no patience either. You'd be surprised by all the shortcuts I use while drawing, and especially coloring. Though fellow artists are usually more impressed when I tell them I usually use cheap, non-professional materials.

Remind me to send you some of my newer stuff as soon as I get it scanned. I'd like to know what ya think of 'em. One of em isnt done yet, I was thinking of using the technique in your "timed art study" to color it. How long did it take you to come up with that?

That technique? It evolved from art tutorials and personal experience over the last few years. With a LOT of experimenting. I've come a long way from using pencil to do all my shadows.

I'd love to see your new stuff, Sean.
