I would like a box set of 2k3 because the dvd versions of each episode is scattered across different dvds. The only ones in order as far as collections by the Season are Season 1 and 2 (each divided into parts 1 and 2) Season 3 is not in a collection, the eps are scattered. Then the "Season 4" dvd for tmnt2k3 is really just the 2nd half of Season 4. The 1st half is scattered, so it still needs to be released. Then they do have the collections in order for Season 5 "Ninja Tribunal" dvd and Season 6 "Fast Forward"
and of course Season 7 "Back to the Sewers" isnt available to us either, not that most of those eps are even worth remembering.

It'll be re-released eventually. We just have to be patient.

It took the original cartoon 15 years after it ended to be completed on DVD.

alliance, just get off the technodrome forums. no, instead, just get off the planet. you're not a true turtles fan if you can't keep you're mouth shut about the 2k3 series.

we get you dont like it, but that doesn't mean that you should spam the 4kids forums with hate against it.

the 4kids series is great as it is the closest we are ever going to get to the comics, so it is great.

if it wasn't for the 2k3 series, i wouldn't be a turtles fan.

@alliance You are the stupidest person I have ever had the displeasure to hear. Scratch that. I'm not sure if you're even a person. You're just butthurt that the 2k3 Turtles are better than the 80's Turtles (not by a landslide. Actually they're pretty close). You butthurt that the 2k3 Turtles have epic plot arcs, the characters are deep and have scarring backstories, and that the action is no short of some of the BEST I've seen out of a show with its rating (TV-Y7).

So, get off the planet, get out of the Gamma Quadrant, because you obviously don't belong here.

As for the petition, I've been looking for these Turtles on DVD for quite some time (fail for my username, as I only have 1 2k3 TMNT DVD ), and the prices are simply outrageous, even for the ones that aren't that hard to find. (Honestly, Ninja Tribunal DVD for $90?! WTH?!!?!) So I really would love an official DVD release of this show. I have signed it. 33 signs! 99,967 sigs to go! (If I were you, I'd advertise this on many popular sites like YouTube or IGN, you'll get a bunch of siggies with that. I think I'll do it now myself)

everybody, if they want to, should spread the word about this petition. it would really help, and it might even work.

Petitions won't help to be honest. Success of the new show will.
Getting on the bandwagon was what LG did when they rush released their OT set in the Van. Packaging is awesome, but their discs were straight copies of the original releases. However, the set sold out, totally.
Marketing ethics say, if you can do it once, do it again!!
If the rights to the series' are held in one place, a 2K3 complete set is inevitable during the early stages of the second season of the Nick show.

I do hope they follow a pattern, and put it in Battle Shell.

OOH. That would be SO cool! Maybe however many years from now, when the 2012 show had ended about five years before or something, they put a complete series release of it in a Shellraiser! (I just gave myself goosebumps!! XD)

I just bought a compilation of the series from a guy. Supposedly the quality is excellent and the menus are very good. I'll report back when I receive it.

I have been waiting to watch this series again so without a box set and my slow internet speed, this was my best option. But if and hopefully when a complete series box set releases I'll pick that up for sure.

Please do. I really want to watch that series but it's not easy to get a hold of. I hate to buy a bootleg but it's the only affordable option.

I received the DVDs yesterday but unfortunately I have not had time to really comb through them. I just bought a house which I'm fixing up yada yada..... Anyway I did pop in the first disc to check it out. The menu looks pretty decent and functional.

My only beef is the quality. To me it looks just under DVD quality. Good thing is it's a cartoon so it won't bother me too much but I do wish it was a little better. But for convenience of having it on DVD I'll deal with it. When I get to watch it again I'll try to be more detailed.

But so far by first impression if you're not too picky with the box case or quality, this is a nice route until we get something official.
