It is a Sectaurs figure. Looks like the main bad guy: General Spidrax (minus all his belts and accessories)

Anyone knows from what set this parts are?
They look like something primary-school related.
It's an eraser I think (?) and this other stuff for pencils.
Any help?

Looks like an eraser and pencil sharpener from the 2003 era, but with the pencil sharpener broken off.

Yeah, that's what I thought.
But they sold them in any particular sets or is it some sort
of merchandise that you will find for 0.50 cents in a mall?

I know the wings are Duckys but I need help on the rest. These are all 80s-90s turtles.

Sorry was doing this before you labeled.
The little orange kangaroo, orange gun, and orange boomerang is from walkabout, the blue surfboard looking thingies, blue gun thingies, and sunglasses are from Genghis frog. The two long, one short, and tiny rounded swords are from usagi. The red fire sprayer thing is from hose em down down. The clear helmet is from space usagi. The gray bat is from grand slammin raph. The crab is from surfer mike.

L1 is from the turtlecycle and M1 is rocksteady's knife.

Truth be told, it is a fun throw back to my childhood for me. I had a huge collection of TMNT accessories as a kid and would often challenge myself by pulling them out at random and seeing if I could identify them. So this is just more practice. (Of course there's also an extra 20 years worth of weapons and parts to try to remember as well.)

I used to be able to do the same with all of the bio cards I clipped off the back of each TMNT figure. I could identify the figure base on the graphics and unique damage to the cards from when I opened them. And yes, I was very board as a child.
