That is Battle Bike Michelangelo. Came with a variation on the Shell Cycle and a large rack of weapons.

I found the cycle. IT is the good guy cycle from the Double Dragon toy line by Tyco. example on ebay

Hi, I was browsing around and found your post. Those are from a board game called Battleground: Crossbows and Catapults. It's a pretty fun game if you have a big enough, and smooth enough surface to play it on. Basically you fire little plastic discs at the other players castle/weapons/soldiers and try to knock them over.

Alright I'm not a big horror fan at all so I need some assistance. I know the guy in the striped shirt, just need more specifics about him. No idea on the other characters or giant eyeball tho. I've looked on the shoe, tush, and back for any type of date, but nothing.

Those Monster figures are horrible.
The Robot looks like a kids meal toy. He is a character from Disney's horrible Treasure Planet movie. (crappy reimagining of Treasure Island in space, on hallucinegens, early 2000's)

hehe, they really are, but I'm going to try and sell them on ebay now that I know what they are, maybe someone wants them? Not sure what I'm going to do with this happy meal toy tho. haha my poor goodwill gets alot of broken misc toys from me.
