Yeah but thinking about that, Ciro says in the post that they are having some fun. Maybe they created this scene for just having fun, and then they will create the final scene being different of this one. (I prefer to be pesimist )

Even still, it's just a music video. It's not necessary canon even if it makes the final cut for the episode.

He did the same thing last April Fools when he said the 2k3 Turtles were going to crossover with the Nick show next.

That scene could still be in the music video, but animated differently.

This is very common for animation, They would have different versions of the an animated scene, and that one was just done as a joke, Think of it as one of those outtakes.
