Hmm, that's really true, johnnyblaze. Cutesy can be annoying, especially if the character is not actually a nice person, but I think the cuteness of Mikey's design comes from the fact that he looks more innocent, and gentler, and younger... it makes his bros (and the audience) feel protective of him. But he can still kick butt, which will make him all the more cool.

all good points. Ok i'm sold! I like Michaelangelo's blue eyes now. I think the fact that Michaelangelo can be laid back and easy going, and all so skilled and dangerous creates a great paradox. I'd also like to point out that blue eyes can also be wickedly sexy and mysterious as well as pure and innocent. Just look at Casey Jones in New series, i really like his blue eyes, and its probably his best feature
