Sorry that the video text disappears so quickly. To me, hearing this cue the first time in the series run means that the trend toward a darker TMNT world has begun. And those enemies are starting to become more threatening again!

Yep, it's that infamous strange happenings cue used from Seasons 3-6. Enjoy!

While not quite perfect/complete, this clip has less dialogue and is a bit longer than the previous version uploaded by someone else, with some added pictures for an effect.

I know of all of the situation and location music but aside from Rat King I don't remember any character having an instrumental cue. Has the Rat King one being posted yet? Thanks for the enlightening.

As some of you may know, there were actually two different themes used in the 1987 series to indicate Shredder. I've posted the first one. which was used in "50 Foot Irma" for instance when Shredder grows tall. I've posted the other one below that was used much more, mostly in the first three seasons and a few times in Seasons 4 and 5. To me THIS is the definitive theme of Shredder in the OT.

Given how many different arrangements of this theme were used throughout the series, it's difficult to point out a definitive version, but this is a good general concept of this theme. Look out turtles, Shredder is attacking!

"Turtle Assault" cue

Another memorable theme, named for its used during the Turtle Assault Team recruitment from Case of the Killer Pizzas.

One of the creepier (yet cheesy by today's standards) cues used in the OT, often leading to a commercial break. From mousers to household appliances to freefalls to enemy attacks, you know the guys are in deep trouble when this music is played.
