I agree. The thing that really struck me was that I thought Serling was the best thing in this episode. I feel that his dry sarcasm is filling the void that Raph and Mikey have vacated lately. I like the banter between these two and it's been seriously lacking this season.

Don's back to normal. Not sure if that deserves a 'hurrah' or not due to the fact that when he's not being depressed/mutated/tormented/kidnapped etc, he has a tendency to get phased into the background.

Just noticed Splinter has a goatee. Obviously being in the future for a year has levelled up his cool-rating

P.S - First episode where the eyes didn't bug me! I think this is because it looks correct on Turtle Tots. Still wish the adult versions would go back to the pupil-less style...

Funny episode. These humor episodes are good to have, the first five episodes of the season were action packed so it was time for a humor episode but too bad it is shorth season so these too wacky episode take time from better stories and it is disturbing espesially if this is the last season.

Turtle tots are annoying but it is good see that they have had some adventures before episode 1. I have always hated the idea that they live peaceful life first fifteen years of their life and then BAM suddenly mousers attack to their lair and starting from that point they go every other week into another dimension or into the space fight against all sort of freaks so it is good see that they had some weird events before episode 1 events.

I dont know why I bothered, this is a pretty crappy episode.
The young turtles look stupid, anime eyes and those stupid teeth!
Totally disenchanted with the cartoon. My son agrees.
What are they thinking? It's never been so juvenile, what happened to the smart writing?
I can deal with the looks as long as they have good stories, this was crap.
Screw this, TMNT is dying as long as this garbage is aired.

Taking this junk off the TIVO, ain't worth the space on the hdd.

BTTS is insulting to everything TMNT.

There are two other television shows that used the term, Klunk.

THE (NEW) TREASURE HUNT: Game show where if the women picked the wrong box & made the wrong choice, she would end up with a Klunk! A gag prize of sorts.

I got tired of waiting for 4kids to up this ep, so I went to YouTube. You snooze, you lose, 4kids. I thought this episode was much better than I feared. It might not have been the awesomest or anything, but it was enjoyable none-the-less. I, personally, would have preferred they had titled this one "The Incredible Shrunken Serling" though. That would have been just as good a kick-back to the classic 'toon as the way they worded it, which was very misleading.

Are you basing your opinion of the entire series on one episode, or have you not seen the other episodes?

More likely basing her opinion on the fact that BttS is still a pale comparison to the first four seasons of 2K3... Seriously, so what if April talked about Casey coming home with someone else's blood on him or Hun threatened to cut off April's finger. Shock value is a poor substitute for the finesse the show used to have. But, it's the best we'll get with an economy in the crapper and a show getting up in years, so she'll just have to learn to count her blessings.

I like that episode too. Though I also liked the one from season 5 as well. I just liked that sense of a backstory.

I agree with the the baby turtle comment, but people wonder why the shows been cancled.
They've also stopped making episodes based on comics so it seems to me that's where most of the complaints are coming from, as you know most of the seasons people seem to enjoy have a majority of episodes that have stories that had been written years ago and had plenty of time to age and be changed for tv.

You act like the show's never been like this in the past. It has. There was so much filler in seasons two and three, you could fit them in your teeth, all of 'em likewise had the same kind of dry, dull humour that, frankly, the show always SUCKED at.

I dunno, I really enjoyed the first half of the episode, and it went downhill when Toyman showed up. I didn't mind the episode as a whole, though, but I think it was utterly pointless as far as moving the story along.

Y'know... some of us DID like the episode. The only part I didn't like is they brought back the unnecessary buckteeth on the Turtle Tots. Everything else, I thought was fun filler.

That's what makes me dislike the Tots even more is those damn teeth, not to mention all they do is whine and bicker. I thought out of all the turtle tots episodes this was one of the better ones, Fathers & sons is by far the worst in my book.

I've seen everything aired so far. Not impressed.

that's fine others enjoyed it, good for them. this is just my opinion of btts so far.
I'd rather read V4!

the "filler" eps in the 2k3 series were even fun to watch. this was just really bad writing. the toy guy is a rip off of Al in Toy Story 2 being a collector.

This is seriously getting so old really fast....

Look, if some of you people know how to make this cartoon and think you can do a better job than 4Kids, by all means, go right ahead. Find/build your own studio, hire writers, artists, and animators Dong Woo and let's see what you come up with. I wish you good luck on the endeavor as well.

I actually liked this episode for what its intentions were; cute and entertaining. It was pure brain candy; sugar side-affects may occur. This was a nice little break from all the action.

I like this season so far as well. It's better than Fast Forward, but I think anything would have been better. Just think what we could have ended up with instead. There are far worst possibilities and we all read about those ideas.

Maybe I've just learned to appreciate what I have instead of always pining for the greener grass on the other side. You'll never be satisfied that way.

Well, on one hand, Mystic, people are entitled to their opinions. That's what makes the world great. If we all thought alike, everything would be dull, and we wouldn't have anything enjoyable we have now.

On the other hand, there has never been an episode of TMNT that I've actually hated - just ones I've liked less than others. With the exception of this episode teetering a bit off the path, I feel the episodes have been getting progressively better - balancing everything out a bit better and so forth - and I just keep seeing people indicating that they think the series is getting progressively worse? It's, of course, not up to mid-2K3 level, but I think we were spoiled by all of that. It's still the best damn kid's show on TV right now. It always was. Even Fast Forward, which a lot of people despised (although the later episodes were much better), was better than a majority of the drivel that passes for children's programming these days.

I completely agree with this thank you, these are my feelings exactly. And I know every one is entitles to their own opinion but it seems like people are making snap judgments before every thing unfolds.

Didn't care for this episode. I know BttS can do better. It was a good showing for Serling, though.
