...because the entire figure is different, which I like. I like the more cartoon-y sharp lines/edges in the sculpts of the new ones which match the heads. I don't even think those heads would look that great on the originals as they have so much detail in the skin texture and overall sculpt.

when do the new battle shell turtles come out again? I know Pixel Dan got his early so he can do a review on them but what is the official release date?

because they are of completely different design and looks incredibly silly.

The basics are very detailed and textured while the Battle Shell's are super smooth like the CG models.

it's like putting "Beware of the Batman" batman action figures head on "Dark Knight Returns" Batman Figures body.

just got a spider bytes figure , not sure if anyone has said this but ive seen better quality happy meal toys ,cool to have but for $10 its a hollow happy meal toy ... even has a screw in its back . seems cheap to me ?

Not sure if it's been said or discussed before, but has there been any sightings if Classics Bebop and Rocksteady? If not, what's the word on when they'll hit retail?

Not sure why everybody is saying that you can't put the sais through Battle Shell Raph's fingers. Here is a photo of mine doing it and I have made no modifications to the figure

We were actually wondering IF he still had the feature, as we hadn't seen it in any pictures yet. It seems like he's actually improved though, as now he can do it with both hands. That figure looks great...really wish I could find the battle shells already.

I know....I sold my wave 1 turtles to cover the cost of these so now I have no turtles.

(But I'm STILL looking for Raph and Mikey toddlers! I've seen Shredder 2, Spider Bytez, Mousers, and Leo and Don but I STILL CAN'T FIND RAPH AND MIKEY!)

Considered? She's kind of a main character, I'd hope Playmates would get to her soon here. If we get Pigeon Pete before her in figure form there's something seriously wrong going on.

My bad must have misread one of the posts. I thought someone had said that the battle shells Raph still couldn't do it and that they had to cut a slit for it.

Anyway glad to help... And yes it is great both of them can hold the sai quite nicely and it's very secure as said between fingers is how I have him posed all day at work

Not everybody wants everything. I am not one of those people .

I guess of all the newer releases, the spidey is the most, unique.

Oh I totally want those, I just mean as far as secondary characters are concerned. I've passed on Cockroach Terminator, Rat King, and kinda wish I hadn't gotten Baxter & Leatherhead to be honest. Did get those Mousers recently though, who could resist?
