i got toon link recently, i love him!

going to pick up Shulk today. I could not make it to pick up my pre-order yesterday

also sonic is shipping from amazon now. i heard people saying mega man is shipping from there today too. but my mega man is on order at target which i guess gets theirs later.

heads up some websites are starting to price the more common amiibo for under $10 such as peach, yoshi and donkey kong. good way to flesh out your collection

i feel bad for people who only jumped on amiibo this month because it's already very difficult to get some of the older ones... nintendo needs to take restocks more seriously. they are clearly having some troubles getting them onto shelves and it's causing some really strange problems in the market

Nintendo is doing this **** on purpose. They're short-stocking Amiibo so they become sought-after conversation pieces which promotes their Wii U. They aren't not taking restocks seriously, they're just making their product rare.

Yeah I went to another store on the other side of town and the dude was just stocking Toon Links, asked me if I wanted one. I passed at first but I figured, I don't know if I'd ever see another and when I finally get Hyrule Warriors, I'll want him for the bonus stuff. So I grabbed him.

Not all amiibo. Apparently the Super Mario series is supposed to constantly be in stock. Guessing other themed series will too. These Smash ones are just limited.

gamestop didnt get ANY today like they said they would, said they probably wont be getting any until monday, i have no transportation to gamestop on monday until past 6pm when they'll be all gone

walmart had both sonic and megaman. sold ****ing out.

if i had picked to go to walmart instead i would have got them and i just cant deal with this.

Loving Shulk. Tied with Pit for my favorite amiibo at the moment.

I now have every released amiibo except WFT and Villager. I may try to get them, we'll see what sorts of deals I stumble upon.

I've paid only retail for each one of them. Some I got for below retail thanks to Toys R Us sales and recent discounts (like yoshi being only $9.99 on amazon and a few other sites)

I got to TRU right when it opened this morning in hopes to get some new amiibo...I was number 6 in line, but only the first four people got the new figures. They got in two Sonics and one Mega Man...ugh.

Relax though, man. I know it sucks and it's actually stressful to try and keep tabs on all this stuff and even attempted to get anything, but it's nothing to lose sleep over.

I've calmed down considerably. I always get over it.

But yeah, Sonic, Megaman, and Ike are the three I'm after. I've noticed I can import some of them, but unfortunately my father's the one with the bank account and for some reason he's not keen on letting me use the card for that, even though it's my money.

We saw Sonic at Target.com yesterday and as we were entering our damn shipping info the ****er sold out.

The key really is to preorder everything that you can. Even that can be impossible, like with Rosalina. That's the only one I've had trouble getting, because the preorders would literally sell out in minutes, in my sleep. But I haven't had trouble ordering the others I want from Amazon or GameStop. Like, Sheik, Sonic and Mega Man. My Sheik from Amazon arrived about a week after it hit shelves, but my Mega Man came yesterday. I'm getting everything from GameStop, from now on, though. Seems like they have the fewest problems.

I haven't even seen [US] preorders for any Wave 4 up at all. Anywhere. If I COULD preorder, I would.

Because they aren't up yet. Wave 3 was up for months, but a lot of people caught on way too late.
