Stealth looked at Tiger, but his legs couldn't stop. He was too focused with rage, seeing Rex's face replacing Cory's. He thought of Tiger, but remembered that she was with Cory, and not his trainee in infiltration, anymore. He envisioned Tiger as just another human walking down the street, but her face quickly shifted back to the helping Tiger.

What's wrong with me? Stealth thought to himself. Quick, do something!

Stealth attempted to stop himself, but ended up hopping over the two's head, but accidentally kicking Tiger in the head.

HOLY SH*T! Stealth thought to himself. Ugh... er... (hesitates) that's Cory's problem, not mine!

Cory looked at stealth and said "I don't know who this Rex is and I have no clue if he is the one that hired me, All I know is that I was sent to get Tiger to take her back so my client can make her an offer which was about eliminating u but, I see she has become fond of you so now, I must kill you"He looked at Tiger. "See I told you, he has no heart, no feelings!" He put his hand on her head "He so blinded by his own self-pity, he can't even see the signs, but I can, I know how you really feel about him."

Cory shook his head "Just stick with me kido, at least I'll treat you right!"

Tigers head throbbed from the kick and she heard nothing but the last thing Cory had said to her and she flinched when he touched her "Shut up Cory! I can't hear myself think." she shook her head "Luckly i have a really hard head otherwise that would have hurt a lot worse!"

Tiger took a few steps back from Cory "Kido? I am not a child Cory when will you learn that?" she growled

She looked at Stealth "Look, i care about you a lot more then you think, obviously....." she paused her head was still pounding "Man you've got one hell of a kick, i'd hate to feel it from you if you were really trying........unless you were?" she gave him a questioning look

Stealth stared at Tiger in amazement, She does care about me! Stealth said to himself, but the question from Tiger pressured him. He began to hesitate, as he answered, but got the words to finally slip out of his mouth.

"No, not a chance in hell!" Stealth said to Tiger.

He laughed with glee, as he knew that Tiger was still with emotions for him. He nodded his head from side to side, joyous over the fact that Tiger still thought of him as Stealth and not a freak!

Stealth slowly approached Tiger, yet stared at Cory in the process.

"I'm not leavin' ya," Stealth said, and placed a hand on her shoulder. "Like I did before! Forget this jerk, he's apparently got issues with racism against his opposites. Why love a man who can only live in hate for what he can't conceive? I'm still Stealth, the assassinatin' snappin' turtle... as I still remember you as my sweet, 'lil partner."

He raised an eyebrow at Tiger and greeted her with these words, "Whatta ya say?"

Tiger could't help but smile and she jumped up and wrapped her arms around Stealth's neck "I was hoping you would say that!" she whispered to him, then she kissed him on the cheek and dropped back down beside him. It pleased her to see Stealth so happy, but something.... guilt...still hung in ther back of her mind.

Tiger turned to Cory, her smile fading "Look.....Cory I....I...." she took a breath, and choose her words carefully. "Cory I am sorry if i have hurt you....but two years is an awful long time to wait for someone, and even if you are a racist jerk,(smiles) your still someones one and only.....just not mine." She took Cory's hand "Pleases respect my decision, If you really love me then you'll let me go, let me be happy....." she sighed not knowing what else to say to him, but hoping he would understand that she had never intentionally ment to hurt him.

Cory look at Tiger "well i guess i should go now shouldn't i?" as he turned to walk away he went up to Tiger gave her and hug then went to Stealth and put a hand out "look, sorry bout that, wish i could have know u before i got hired by who ever he is but hey how about u, Tiger and me go and find out and see who this p.o.s is really i mean it and i promise i won't try to kill u what do u say!!????"

Tiger looked at Cory, his hand outstretched to Stealth as he offered his apology. She bit her lip wondering if Stealth would accept or not. Then she spoke up "Well the logical thing to do would be to work together on this." she looked at Cory then to Stealth "If your willin, and you (looks at Cory) haven't reported to your employer that i have refused the offer, then i can still go undercover and help catch this creep."

Tiger stood back from the two, but prpared herself in case a fight broke out. She doubted that Stealth would ever fully trust Cory, but she had a hunch he might accept the apology if there was even the slightest chance that revenge on Rex could be had.

The sudden image of Rex slowly faded into a human being's face. Stealth raised an eyebrow, looked at Tiger, then back at Cory. He noticed an extended hand, and thought about it.

Oh please, try to befriend a human? Next, you'll be square dancin' with Brodie! Stealth thought to himself.

He then, imagined himself actually square dancing, but that image faded immediately. He slowly reached out his hand and gripped Cory's, accepting the invitation to finally trust a human being, for once.

"I don't know, but somethin' tells me this is gonna be the beginnin' of a beautiful relationship!" Stealth said with a smirk.

Tiger smiled "This is great, I'm glad you two can be comfortable with each other..." She glanced at them both seriously "...And no funny buisness either, or I'll put something on your *ss Ajax won't take off!"

Tiger looked at Cory "Now, report to your employer that i have taken up on his offer." She had a good idea in mind, but she didn't want to reveal it untill everything was set in motion.

She couldn't contain the joy in herself "ooooo...I simply love undercover missions, always have and always will!"

Tiger Looked at Stealth hesitantly "Did i forget to mention he was telepathic?" she shrugged "He is not supposed to read minds without permission, but......just don't think to hard ok?" she laughed at the thought of Stealth square dancing.

Tiger yelled to Cory "I'm not ready to tell my plan yet, but it will all be revealed in due time." she thought for a moment then added "You read anymore minds without permission, and I'll break you arm off and beat you with it!" she teased

Stealth stared at Cory in confusion. He then looked at Tiger, and shrugged. He thought of Cory reading his mind, and quivered at the thought. But something seemed wrong. Cory was a racist against his own mutant kind. Humans couldn't be classified under the special abilities category, but ignored the fact.

"I'm coming for Rex," Stealth said. "You can count on that!"

A voice, all of a sudden, spoke to him, inside his head... "I'm just a hair away from you, old colleague. The time is drawing nearer, the time you become vanquished is soon to come. Peer into the hands of time and watch them rotate. I will be there to watch it with you!"

What the hell?! Stealth thought to himself. But looked back at the two companions. He held his head, then shook it.

"I'm ready, who's in it with me?" Stealth said.

Stealth pulled his hand in, looking for a hand pile-up. Rex was his, at least to him. Stealth was focused, but was he really ready for Rex?

((OOC: I wanted to play Rex, on account of I created him. So, I wouldn't mind playing the quick villain!

Tiger started after Cory then stopped "Thats right you'd better run!" She then turned her attention to Stealth, she stared at his hand for a moment thinking deeply I really haven't been on a major mission like this in so long....what if I'm not ready for this? many what ifs ran through her mind about if she was ready, but she managed to shake them from her mind for the time being.

Tiger laid her hand on Stealth's "I'm with ya till the end on this one!"

Cory walked into the "secert" layer and looked for rex "hello n-e-one home?" Rex jumped from the shadow's "so u r the one that hired me?" "Tiger has taking u up on ur request what should i tell her?" Cory looked at the dude and thought how could stealth say i look like that thing? and then he looked at rex more and waited his replie

Rex stared slightly into Cory's eyes.

"I've been scouting you, old chap," Rex began, "And quite frankly, I was disappointed in you. (laughs) Do you find me an amateur? I am a man of great tactical skills, and you did not complete my mission."

Rex held out a gun to Cory's head.

"You did not possess the audacity to carry out the duties that were required to be fulfilled! Now you must reimburse for your cowardly ways!"

Before the trigger could be pulled, a gunshot explodes in the air, and Stealth could be seen with his sniper rifle in hand. He couldn't kill Rex, he was a part of his life.

"ARGH! (holds wrist) Stealth, it's been quite some time since I last happened to glance upon your hideous face! How has your eye been?"

Rex laughs psychotically at Stealth, as Stealth grows angrier.

"You're mine Rex!" Stealth yelled.

Finally, the moment of truth was here for Stealth. He needed remedies, and he needed them now! Rex was the man to give it to him, but will Cory's focus interfere in this escapade?

Cory looked up at stealth and thouhgt thank go* he came!! Cory grab the shot gun. and yelled to stealth "where is tiger?" He was going to get her so if something happened she would know. All of a sudden he felt a sharp pain in his back and fell to the ground. He looked to see rex laughing "You will die for this one day" he laid there and then he looked up at stealth "tell Tiger I said I love her and nice to meet u buddy and I final realized that i was racest aganits my own kind but hey i like u buddy bye" As Cory said his last good bye he wait for tiger as long as he could he thought plz get here soon

Tiger heard the gunshots echo and raced in just in time to see Cory laying on the ground "Cory!" she screamed and she slid to his side "Cory....everythings gonna be ok." She turned her firey gaze to Rex "You b*stard, You'll pay for all the pain you've caused!" She held her ground at Cory's side protecting him from any further harm, though every part of her body screamed at her to leap upon Rex and tear out his throat like the wild beast she was.
